Not really interested in a new Elite Legends line if they are just going to re-release old figures mostly. Disappointing honestly. I'll get whatever is new, but don't want to buy old figures in new packages and not for $27 each.

i wonder if there is more budget $$$ to work with for the new figs in the Elite Legends line...if 4 of the 6 are going to just be rereleases.
granted, it still costs money to re-release a figure. But their not spending money on new molds or anything for the re-releases.

So does this mean we have an official Legends line again? Cause I like it! Very interested in seeing the pics of that set. If all the legends are going to be re-released can we get some repaints in there, or little tweeks? Like NWA Dusty, WM3 Steamboat, and a yellow I.C. Belt with L6 Warrior, and Hasbro attire Texas Tornado. |

As a buyer I'm happy about being able to get Warrior, HBK, and Taker. As a collector its a little off putting, because what value do the loose originals have now?

i just realized something....i wanted to collect the entire elite line...but i never got the original HOF series because they were re-releases....but then i bought the Network Spotlight Boss Man, because complete....but that's a re-release.....now i'd have to buy almost a whole set of re-releases to keep it going?
i think it's time to drop the specifics. and go to the "complete aside from re-releases" era
anyone need a MOC Network Spotlight Boss Man? lol

Minor difference in the arm patches and Elite 14 came with a ball and chain.

ok see the thing i dont get is this... mattel signs contract with kamala mattel makes legends kamala then mattel re-releases legends kamala so did they sign him for 2 figures? but because he didnt change his look ever, they just re-did it? or is he one of the guys that's not a per-figure deal? how does this work? because we are getting Shockmaster & Tugboat, which are the same guy...but not Typhoon which was his most popular and most over character (at least as of yet) so if they signed him to a 2 figure deal, and we only get those 2, thats kind of weird. like how do these re-releases work in contract status? They're doing him a solid. He lost his legs and is broke. This is a great humanitarian effort by wwe. Good lookin out. |

Even still, I'm sitting here looking at Kaitlyn and Rosa Mendes on my shelf and asking myself why I would buy figures of characters I openly despise? |
