Rumours are a flyin.
WWE has reportedly contacted Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio and Goldberg. They say that WWE would like to use Angle on Smackdown, and possibly team him with NXT tag team American Alpha. WWE is also reportedly interested in ringing back Carlito, John Morrison, JTG, Shad Gaspard and Shelton Benjamin.
This is according to "Forbes" via wrestlezone - for what that is worth.
There are some amazing names in there. Angle, Hardy and Goldberg all A-listers for my money. And while we have a bunch of Rey's already, MDT said he helps the line overall, so more good news if this happens.

Hopefully with the Brand Split it means stars that don't get considered now get figures quickly because they're being used more

When Jeff comes back, all I would want is for Ringside to release his E1 figure. It would be exactly the same with the shirt and towel.

When Jeff comes back, all I would want is for Ringside to release his E1 figure. It would be exactly the same with the shirt and towel. I'm kinda with u on this one, and I want it in the elite series 1 box. Exactly the same! I am not a fan at all of re-issues, and I do feel bad for those who lose value on the secondary market, but these figures were stolen, so I think Mattel should do it, if it were ever an option. |

From that list I would buy Angle and a FB WCW Goldberg. Maybe an elite FB Benjamin. But that would be it.

Yea well if we ever get an "official legends line again you guys could have all 6 spots for the elite line. instead youll prob get alot less jobbers in the elite line. which could be a good or bad thing depending on the collector.

I'm down for an E1 Hardy release. I may or may not have one already but it would be something to finally see it on shelves. I've literally had dreams about finding one MOC at retail. I've also had dreams of finding an entire shelf of rocket firing Boba Fett figures at Venture circa 1984. It's not that weird.
I have them both but I'd definitely take more Carlito and JoMo. I really want a Caribbean Cool Carlito if that happens. But yeah, Goldberg, Hardy and Angle are all big wants and great additions if they can happen.
