Well I guess we can use this thread to discuss it since the other thread was mysteriously and suddenly swallowed into the ringside black hole. If people aren't allowed to talk about a specific wrestling figure, at least give them the courtesy to know why to avoid it in the future.

They were probably asked to delete it.
As cool as it was to see. Leaks like that kill stuff like sdcc.

You cant keep secrets in this day and age. How Austin made it past us is amazing. Id rather have new figures spoiled weekly than in 3 days once or twice a year...and be underwhelmed

Mattel probably asked RSC to remove it. yeah still bitter lol Too bad your thread got deleted. It made me smile yesterday tho so thanks for that. Now I have a little something to look forward to. If it were up to Mattel, I wouldn't know anything to look forward to and then I'd probably get bored and find a new hobby. |

I've always been curious as to why there's super-secrecy about toys.
I understand if you're talking about a movie line and you don't want an unmasked figure to ruin the surprise (like what happened with the DC figures when unmasked Arkham Knight spoiled the game's ending) or when they were trying to keep Giant Man a secret in Civil War and then the pics of the LEGO sets popped up...but for a general, regular release toy line...why the secrecy?

I love it when this stuff gets "leaked" give me so much to look forward to and get excited about. If it's all gonna be a secret I'll get bored and move on to something else and spend money elsewhere.
