So my fellow Canadians. I just got word that 'someone', rather 'some U.S. online store' is putting the squeeze on Jakks Pacific to STOP them from shipping my shipments out of the U.S.
Apparently since I'm in Canada, I should ONLY be allowed to use the Canadian distributor...
If that were to happen, then I would 'only now' be getting CS5 instead of already having CS6 and 'about' to get in CS7.
Any opinions on this. I won't say what .com store this is, but the mere fact that they have complained to Jakks is making me laugh. Mike

Hey,
That just sucks. It just shows you how sinister and evil some of these stores in the US are. I mean god forbid we Canadians dont get the new stock of figs that the US gets...That just makes me super mad!

BULLS**T, utter BULLS**T
Any company thats got enough time on their hands to complain about a nice little canadian company thats not really costing them any business is pathetic as hell.

it's 100% bullcrap. Why should Canadians be stuck paying hi prices, we should have the same options online as the US and UKers do, if they can't handle a little small business competition then maybe they should close shop! if this is RSC so help me god, I will never buy another product from them again. There tying to be a monopoly and we should do what we can to stop them. We should have the same online options as other countries to. If you can handle the heat, get the out of the kitchen

a) Do not come on here implying falsehoods. Jakks does what they want, no one can put the 'squeeze' on then as you are trying to imply.
b) Read the TOS. You have an online store used for profit and as such you are not allowed to link your goods here in any way, shape or form. You are also not allowed to advertise, and as such your display name has been changed.
It's obvious why you are here. Trying to make a buck off of our popularity by spamming your website name and linking it in your sig, and further more trying to create some BS contraversy in order to make it seem like you are the 'poor little guy' being put off by the giant corporation. Nice way to trick people into buying things from you. I have seen this many times before.
Please follow the TOS that you agreed on when you signed up.
Thanks, JS

Thanks, JS I'm sorry, but it's not a scam or tricking us. Would it not be cheaper for us to order the figs we want from inside on our country? I've order from him many times and never have been ripped off. It's ok for RSC to charge tons on international shipping when other sellers on ebay and on the web are cheaper? I'll buy from the cheapest place and BHT is cheaper then any US store. Just my thoughts.

I'm sorry if the fact that I'm not Canadian automatically destroys my opinion, but it is just too hard for me to believe that a company like RSC, no matter how big they are, could convince the company that SUPPLIES THEM who and who not the sell to. Jakks supplies what RSC purchases. I highly doubt that Jakks would stop sending one company figures because another company doesn't like them. That lowers moral as well as Jakks losing money because of it.
