in my attempt to bring WF:Canada back to its glory days im gonna be posting threads that you normally wouldnt see here, but you'll also understand why there here.
Christian, to me is one of the most exciting young stars the WWE has, i like him alot more then Randy Orton, John Cena and Batista combined. In June i believe the WWE was testing him with Cena to see if he could handle the mainevent status. I had not seen more entertaining promos until this HBK turn happened. I was excited to see Christian go to smackdown at the draft because i thought he'd get pushed to the mainevent status and compete with guys like Orton, Mysterio, Guerrero ect.. and put on some 5 star matches. Its no secret that Christian has the ability to steal the show. Just look at his track record in ladder matches, and im not just talking TLC, the ones he had with RVD and Edge were great.
To me the WWE is not using Christian properly, and im not just talking about this feud with the Mexicools. I think him and Juvi could put on a great match given the oppurtunity, there just not building it properly. There's no doubt Christian has a fan base, why not use that?
what are your opinons on Canada's own Christian, do you like him? do you not like him? or are you on the fence?

I like him, but his size in the WWE handicaps him, plus the WWE has no idea who to push anymore. There just wasting another talent which is something they seem to do alot lately.

I feel he will eventually get the push he deserved. Look at Eddie Guerrero. He got a nice push...jobbed to big show for a month or two. Everybody thought he was back to full fledged mid-card then he ended up defeating Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. I feel Christian could be in contention for the Rumble win. Could you imagine Edge VS Christian for either the WWE or World title at Mania 22? Or even if it were a ladder match!
Just remember...somebody can be a midcarder one month and a WWE Champion the next...JBL...Eddie Guerrero...etc.

Maybe in weight he is a bit under. But in height he is 6'2. Plus he looks much bulkier compared to Edge who is getting a nice push...and still was before the Matt Hardy incident. Just give it time and Christian will be main eventing.

What i mean look at the size of Christian compared to who there pushing like Tomko, Snisky, Batista, JBL, etc. there all big muscle guys that Vince likes.

WWE is about marketability...pun intended. Everybody I know who watches WWE are marks. My friend Mike...his favourite is John Cena...my brother....his favourite is Goldberg....my friend Parham....his favourite is The Undertaker...see the trend there? Other then the Undertaker who when given a good opponent in his prime (Mankind, HBK, The Hitman) produced some kick ass matches everybody on that list are big men who appeal to the marks. I try and explain workrate to them but all they say is; "Jericho is a stupid whiny ass who sucks to much to beat John Cena or anybody. He can't even keep up with John Cena in the ring.-My Brother...You Can't See Me-Michael...Kurt Angle is crap compared to Undertaker, Undertaker could kick his ass in real life gay ass holds I could kick Kurt Angles ass I'd be like "Eat Lugz Bitch'!"-Parham... So you see WWE will keep making money if they appeal to the marks. They throw us smarks and workrate fans a bone every once in a while with matches like Angle/HBK but I doubt WWE will ever be workrate dominate unless TNA gets huge with the X Division forcing WWE to push good workers over huge ass ex football players. Now I know this contradicts what I was saying before about Christian not being that small, but I was simply saying at some points smaller people like Edge get a push. I won't compare Christian to HBK though because they aren't in the same league in ring wise...atleast not yet if ever.
