Not the greatest RAW tonight. But as I said in another thread, I expect things to be on cruise control till next week. The Wyatt vs New Day thing was awful. If the Hardy thing was crap, why imitate it? COO thing kinda sucked. Way too obvious. Hopefully the GM announcements will spark some interest. Owens vs Cesaro was good. Didn't see Owens get winded in that match either. Needed more Zayn. Enzo/Cass continue to shine. Rollins/Ambrose are the best thing going. But we all know Roman is returning next week to interfere. Darren Young as number 1 contender is nauseating. I mean put him in a program and see if he gets over first. I enjoyed seeing the Ryder saga tonight. Keep him as an underdog. Sasha continues to outshine Charlotte. Crap! It's been a month already? |

Not a bad show. Incredible promo from Dean and Seth. A couple solid matches. Nice Cena run in. First positive development in the brand split, hearing that they seem to be committed to hard split. We'll see how long the lasts.
I really hope Shane talking about shooting the show differently is because they're legitimately doing it and not just blowing smoke. Having a break from the Dunn formula could be huge.
Next week's show should be good, and a nice counterpart to Tuesday's Smackdown launch.

Probably Shane, in particular, with his other commitments. Or it's a way to keep the McMahons serious characters while they relentlessly make fun of the GMs. |

Exactly how is Stephanie being the head of Raw and Shane being the head of Smackdown any change when it comes to the WWE?? I think everyone knew that each of them was going to be a leader of said show. Nothing new, shocking or exciting. And WWE wonders why the ratings suck each week. Yep. I guess the GM/Commish angle adds a "wrinkle"...but we knew weeks ago that it was going to come down to Shane and Steph. |

Tbh, I don't know why everyone hates on Darren, he's great in the ring, and is an okay mic worker when he's not 100% scripted. I really do hope he gets a run with the IC title Darren Young as number 1 contender is nauseating. I mean put him in a program and see if he gets over first. It seemed like he was really over, and if he's given the proper push, with just the right amount of Backlund, then I think this is an okay title push. |

Man I miss the Jack Tunney days......when you didn't have a figure head evil owner/gym on every show. They have been doing this for 20 years let it go. The way they use Regal in NXT is perfect, he "moderates" feuds, he doesn't participate in them. Better use was when they used Tunney, who only showed on super important items, not every dang week.
