The WWE needs Brock more than Brock needs the WWE.
Dude is set for life.. And barring a lifetime ban from the UFC, he'll be able to compete there again some day.
It would be like suspending The Rock.. These guys show up because they want to not because they have to.

The wellness policy is a joke sometimes on what you can get busted for so its rules deserve to be bent

I get that being a part timer suspending him really does nothing, but WWE should have suspended him immediately to avoid bad press.
If WWE had suspended him right away, he wouldn't be losing out on money or tv time he wasn't getting anyway, he'd be back in time for Summerslam, and WWE could say that the Wellness Policy applies to everyone.
This just makes WWE look a little shady.

What a complete joke. Brock doesn't even care about wrestling or his fans and yet he gets a free pass for violating the policy. The statement that the policy doesn't apply to part timers is rubbish aswell. Billy Gunn was a part timer and he lost his job because he violated it.
Also it would be very bad taste if Brock goes over Orton at Summerslam. Reigns has been taken out of the title picture so Brock should atleast lose a match.

UFC isn't even punishing him, so I'm not at all surprised WWE isn't. Plus how can you suspend a guy for 30 days when it's can be months between when we see him.

Good news for WWE all round. Why bother calling for Brock to be suspended? He's one of the biggest box office draws left in the industry. Suspending him now would just cost us a SummerSlam main event, and for what? So Brock is gone for a month? He's gone every month! Don't make the assumption that a world renowned star like Brock Lesnar is on an even keel with anyone in WWEs locker room. Or Billy Gunn. As long as he brings main stream attention to WWE, he can do what he likes. I'd be willing to bet that with all of this drug storm going on right now, next week's RAWs ratings will make for pleasant reading for WWE. As will the Summerslam buy rates, and that's all you need to know about Brock Lesnar and why he's exempt from WWEs limp "wellness policy." would you rather have Brock Vs Orton getting all the attention by media or Finn v Seth or even Ziggler v Ambrose. I'd rather WWE be the company who is good and gives to charity and not about the company who has guys wrestling that failed drug tests with no suspension.

I think its hilarious that both these huge companies won't do anything about it because everyone knows Brock would gladly just go home and not give a crap. Plus If WWE did suspend him, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't see brock in a WWE ring again, he'd tell them to off and never come back. And finally, if part time talent aren't subject to drug testing and WWE suspend him for no reason, they'll put themselves in a lot of legal trouble surely? It really is just a case of they need Brock more than Brock needs them.

WWE is being shady? What a shock. The more you read into the company the more disgusted you'll get with it.

WWE is just as crazy as the NFL sometimes when it comes to enforcing the rules:
1) Violate wellness policy at a non-WWE weight lifting event when you're not a full time performer, and most likely just a trainer? Termination (e.g., Billy Gunn) 2) Get a private conversation caught on an illegally recorded adult tape? Termination (e.g., Hulk Hogan) 3) Violate the wellness policy while WWE Champion? Suspension, but still get rematch and main event slots on first PPV back and first Raw back--presumably remain in the top card (e.g., Roman Reigns) 4) Violate wellness policy for a non-WWE entity when you're not a full time performer? Nothing (e.g., Brock Lesnar)
The only time they make sense is with domestic violence charges...unless it involves a rattlesnake and puppies.

IF THIS IS NOT A LOAD OF CRAP. SO ALL PART TIMERS START JUICING OR TAKING WHAT EVER YOU WANT. SO THAT MEANS LESNAR, CENA, ROCK OR ANYONE WHO IS PART TIME TAKE WHAT YOU WANT NO PROBLEM JUST SHOW UP AND PERFORM FOR THE PRICK VINCE TOTAL BS

i see no issue with this. you have to remember that the wwe and ufc have two completely different goals with their wellness policies. ufc is trying yo prevent performers from cheating. wwe on the other hand is trying to prevent performers from death.

From what I heard, he tested positive for clomid which isn't anything crazy. It restores natural testosterone and gets the boys functioning better. He might be trying to have a kid.. Who knows? Better yet.. Who cares? Definitely not worth suspending your biggest draw in the company. He tested positive for an anti-estrogen that pairs with a steroid cycle and its 100% worth suspending your biggest star.

All this proves is WWE goes out of their way to kiss Brock's ass. They are so afraid of making him angry, that they'll turn a blind eye to anything he wants. Why else do you think he was allowed to fight in the UFC? Not because of the cross-promotion. It's because they didn't want Brock to quit again.

this reminds me of that scott steiner interview where he talks about when the wwe tried to have him take a test, his answer was "sure, send a limo and we'll pick up triple h, and we'll all get tested together"...that was the last time wwe asked scott steiner to take a wellness test.

Lesnar doesn't pop ratings anymore and Summerslam historically sells itself, especially in the Network era where there are no buyrates, just churn rates. They might enjoy a slight uptick next week as you suggested because of the controversy, but it'll probably be negligible. By and large, the people that watch Raw weekly are the people that watch Raw weekly and they're not going anywhere, and very few other people are coming in. UFC fans now have more reason than ever to hate Brock, and WWE fans are seeing that the company's wellness policy is a selective joke. It's not a good look for anybody.
