I haven't read through all the pages, but am I alone in my disappointment with the new elite Macho?
I love The Macho Man to death, I remember seeing Savage in this attire in WCW, but I keep looking at the proto - and I'm just not feeling that its him.
I know its the first image of this figure and that we cannot properly see his face, so its only based on first impressions, but it looks like Damian Sandow doing Macho Mandow.
I will try to get the figure, as I have with all previous Macho's - but I just Can't help but feel that from what I have seen so far, this figure does'nt scream out Macho Man Randy Savage.
I just hope that future images can dispell my currant thoughts.

I like Naomi, The Finns,Sami Zayn Dana and Bayley but the Randy Orton figures are all starting to look the same

Not trying to undersell my excitement for getting the exact Macho I wanted but why the  did they switch to leg sleeves for Basic Balor? Makes it an automatic won't buy. Sami looks awesome too. I'll definitely take that for the shirt alone. I won't get Bo but he looks great. |

Thanks for asking about the HOF Jake figure @shockwayne
I was just coming on to ask if you could ask Bill about why the figure was pulled and if we will ever see it. Great to hear that they still plan on releasing it at some point down the road!! On a positive note, this gives them time to correct the torso that many were complaining about and perhaps change up the accessories- 2 snakes was a little underwhelming to me but I am not sure what else they could include as an accessory?! How about a snake pit cardboard back drop?!
Also, great to see the love for Greg Valentine & Haku figures, these are my two biggest wants as far as guys whom we have yet to see a figure of?! I believe that both will get made at some point, however I am torn as to which Haku I would prefer- King Haku or Islanders/Colossal Connection flower print tights Haku?!

There are some things that could be better about that fig, but as someone else said pages ago, that's probably the most accurate face sculpt of any Macho. |

Out of all those, Macho was favorite. The likeness looks great but it looks as if the beard is only painted. I hope they fix that.

You hated The Hammer???  Are you claiming to be a fan of the hammer as a kid growing up? There are a ton of guys that I can appreciate more now as an adult, but one of my pet peeves is when people try to rewrite history and claim something like "Rick rude was my favorite wrestler growing up". No he wasn't. You didn't know what a "good worker" was at 8 years old. You didn't think hogan and warrior sucked and couldn't work. And this isn't an attack on you swagsuke, I'm just honestly curious if u liked Valentine growing up. Hammer was boring to me as a kid, but I enjoy his matches as an adult. I think he's more fun to watch than at least 50% of the modern guys. |

I already saw more than I imagined being revealed yesterday. I am not going to be greedy - but seeing an Alexa Bliss or Carmella would be cool.  I just went on the WWE Network and watched Macho Man's last WCW Title defense. He was wearing the attire shown yesterday. Everyone's right, a small choker necklace would be a nice addition. The shirt wasn't necessarily mesh, so the rubber shirt is fine. Would love to see another variation down the road that comes with his massive white fur coat. I haven't bought more than 5 figures outside of my Daniel Bryan collection, but the Tyler Breeze and Bayley figures will be bought when I come across them in store (hopefully). Other protos that I liked: Sami, Dana Brooke (wow!), and JBL. Great job MattelDesignTeam - 2016 has knocked it out of the park! |
