Took a punt and purchased this from eBay. Wasn't expensive or anything so not worried what it turns out to be but....
It was listed as Gerald Brisco but I can't find any info or pictures of it.
The head popped off pretty easily and the neck on the figure was slightly damaged so the head has been swapped at some point.
It kinda looks more like George Bush than Gerald Brisco but it does feel like a jakks head.
Can anyone confirm who/what this figure is and from where it's from (series etc)
