A couple of big takeaways from tonight:
-Multi-Segment, pointless rematches are back with a vengeance. This Cesaro/Sheamus feud is just the first, and there's bound to be more. Less depth means more reliance on guys that work well together. As seen tonight, this Cesaro/Sheamus thing isn't over. We're going to get at least one more match up from them, with very little behind it. Probably more. That doesn't have to be the case with a roster this size (Enzo & Cass, Jericho, Owens, Zayn, Reigns, and Balor were all absent from matches, two didn't even appear in the arena), but it's the laziness kicking in.
-Daniel Bryan. I love Bryan, a lot, but he had no purpose being there tonight. The best case scenario here is WWE likes the dynamic between he and Foley and wanted to give them another segment together. The worst, and most likely of scenarios, is that Vince is already concerned with ratings and is going to start poaching Smackdown's biggest names to help give Raw a boost.

Been saying it since the rosters were made. I'm telling you, they tried way to hard to make raw look better, but the talent has shown smackdown has been better. No doubt! I love SmackDown Live's simplistic approach; tone down the bullcrapand put the emphasis on the wrestling. Besides the first day, Raw has been a shitstorm. SmackDown Live has been consistently great. |

Ambrose is a very closed off guy, you can tell. He doesnt want people to know his life story. But not in a bad way. Just a very private person. Saying as little as he can.

Yep, Shelton is a major let down for me as I went nuts when the promo for his return was shown, but yeah the wrestling has been great and it displays more opportunity in less time. |
