No one talking about the tv spot? Won't spoil anything for those avoiding content from here on out but it was pretty great, good amount of new footage again.
I'm thinking of trying to avoid some stuff at least a week or two it comes out but I know seeing the tv spot was inevitable.

Ok so this is pure speculation on my part. I have not looked at any spoilers or major theories out there based on leaked info so I have no idea if this has been talked about or debunked before so bare with me...also some of my info may be wrong, I'm a big fan but I don't have the greatest memory so I don't recall everything that has been explained that was not in the movies or every second of the movies so if I'm wrong just let me know.
I originally assumed Luke/Anakins lightsaber ended up with Finn through Rey and that Rey found it in the scraps of wreckage that she scavenged through to trade and sell and make items. Thinking it fell at the end of Empire, right? And the battle was over Jakku and landed maybe somewhere deep in the snow or with some wreckage?
Now I'm starting to think...
Han and Leia are Rey's parents (I'm not thinking of any other kids right now just Rey)
After Luke's lightsaber falls in Empire, he may not of lost it but retrieved it in what we see in a flashback perhaps in Force Awakens.
My reasoning being the scene in the teaser after the re-done quote from ROTJ and a hand reaches out the lightsaber and hands it to what appears to be female hands could potentially be a flashback to Billie Lourd (Carrie Fisher's real daughter) playing a young Leia since she's confirmed in the movie and JJ said he casted her for her resemblance and its been confirmed she's not her daughter I think.
So Luke passes it on to Leia and potentially trains her? Luke then crafts his green lightsaber.
Then Rey is on Jakku for protection and Leia gives her the lightsaber. So this would mean Rey knows who her parents are, she may not know she has the force though.
I just thought it was interesting. Again could probably be easily debunked but I thought it would be interesting to see that's how she winds up with the lightsaber. Also the wreckage on Jakku appearently happens 1 year after ROTJ and will be shown/played in the new Battlefront game so the lightsaber being in that wreckage would have to be fully coincidental right?

Watching Empire Strikes Back (the best of the bunch) and was wondering, do you think we'll see any Lando involvement in the new trilogy/movies? I know he's not in Episode 7 but I'm curious if we'll have any mention of him throughout the series. Haven't really heard anything about him throughout this whole thing.

I believe they confirmed no Billy Dee Williams for this movie. He's been reported to be in bad health and is questionable to show up. Possibly a quick cameo in a future movie but that's probably it. |

Kill Chewbacca off. It would be one of the best things they could do. It would piss people off and make the bad guys actually seem like they can't be stopped. Take C-3PO with Chewie as well. Shake things up!

That gives people at least a week. I'm not seeing it until the 20th because that was the fist showing that wasn't 3D or one of the tiny cinemas. Something like this should suffice. To do this if you don't already know, write: [ spoiler ] text/spoilers here [ /spoiler ] without the spaces between the square brackets and the text in them. |

Watched Episodes I, II and III today, on IV now! Gonna watch V and VI tomorrow, then working from 5pm to 10pm, then a 2 hour wait and I'll be watching VII! So hyped!!
