If anything since Balor was forced to surrender the WWE Universal Championship due to injury it begs the question of how the WWE Universal Championship picture should be booked or who should end up with the title after the Fatal 4 Way whether it be Rollins, Owens, Cass or Reigns

No reason Sami and Cesaro aren't in that Fatal 4-Way.

Owens as WWE Universal Champion now I definitely can see KO as a World Champion especially on the RAW brand

Well. For one I wouldn't have booked a best of 7 with Sheamus and Cesaro. Instead a Two out of Three where if you remember they mentioned that whoever won would be in consideration for the WWE Universal Title. Therefore, when Balor went down I would have had Cesaro the winner of the Summerslam match would come out and they have that match. You can still have Cass/Enzo feuding with Jericho/Owens. Rusev and Roman could continue their feud. Sami could move into a feud with Sheamus. We wouldn't have more fatal 4 way matches. And have flow and consistency in the storylines already in place.

Would have made tons more sense to move Cesaro into the mix last night. You could elevate him, whether he won the title or not, into a more prominent role thus freeing up damn near everyone else in this 4 way to carry on their in progress feuds without interruption.

Have Cass win, and have Enzo be his manager.
Have him reign for 4 months, have a heel Roman beat him for the title, and have heel Roman vs Balor for the title when he returns.

Kevin Owens is not gonna win the WWE Universal Title. He is clearly in the ring to take the pin fall loss.
Big Cass is not gonna win the WWE Universal Title. He is in the match because Enzo & Cass are feuding with Jericho and Owens. Another reason why Owens won't be winning the title.
Seth Rollins won't win the WWE Universal Title. Because the whole point is for Seth to go after the title right now.
Roman Reigns WILL win the WWE Universal Title. Mainly because Vince tried it the way the fans wanted it, and it failed. Finn Balor got injured. Now to go back to the original plan. Make Roman Reigns the man of Monday Night Raw!
Even if we don't want it, we will have to just learn to accept that.
