UCF’s McKenzie Milton just hurt his leg getting tackled. Put his leg in an air cast/brace, that whole deal, before taking him off the field. Very sad scene for a player and team that has been a great story these last two seasons. 😔

Tough way to lose today for UVA versus VT. At least it was a very exciting game.
Watching Oklahoma beat WVU right now.

Good to see the Georgia sports curse hasn't been lifted yet.
You can't write this stuff with Hurts coming in for Tua to lead the comeback.
I don't give a damn about soccer, but I'm anxious to see how the Atlanta team will blow it next week.

In my opinion, the committee cannot jump Ohio State over Oklahoma. They’ve already established OU being the better team in their minds, and OU notched the better win to the resume today. And they only gave up 27 points, which for them must feel like giving up 10.

I gotta agree with Herbie on this. If you chose the best 4 teams in the country, its Bama, Clemson, Georgia & Notre Dame in that order...However its just really hard to put a 2 loss team, non conference winner in even if they are one of the better 4 teams. Another reason why as soon as this contract is up they're going to 8 teams beyond a shadow of a doubt. Im guessing the Semis look like this...
Bama-OU Clemson-ND

Bama-OU Clemson-ND Yeah, I don't think UGA gets in and I basically agree with it, they had their shot. However, it's no way you can say they aren't one of the 4 best teams in the country. If the committee felt they were the 4th best team before Saturday, what happened on the football field Saturday that says they aren't on Sunday? They outplayed the #1 team and should've won but then "it" happened that always happens to GA sports teams it seems. They won't get in and I'm fine with it, but they may be the 2nd best team.

Pitt. Stanford. Sun Bowl. This is gonna be either great, or a slaughter.

Hopefully a slaughter... I do a bowl pool every year with confidence points on each game.. definitely gonna give Stanford a big number.

Notre Dame should be forced to make a decision, either join a conference or drop to FCS. Im tried of them playing frauds all year long and then getting in the Playoffs and laying an egg.

They play more power 5 games than most teams. What’s the difference? Who’d have thought only two teams out of Stanford, Florida State, USC, and Virginia Tech would be bowl teams?
They already play 5 ACC games a year, and this particular year they played Stanford, USC, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, and Michigan as their other power 5 opponents. It’s loaded with names more than most conference schedules. You’d really rather them play the likes of say BC, Duke, and Miami in place of teams like Michigan and Stanford?

Looks like another year where the BCS would've gotten it right anyway. I miss the BCS.

If the playoffs were 8 of the actual best teams, half would still be from the SEC

Pretty impressive effort from Oklahoma trying to come back. Just were in too big of a hole from that first quarter.

Like LK3 said, their schedule wasn't terrible looking this year, but teams that are usually decent were bad this year. However, I still agree with you. They need to join the ACC and play a conference title game. This slaughter would've happened weeks ago. They have done this for 20yrs now in big bowl games. It's one thing to lose but they are never competitive. Hopefully this opens the committee's eyes next time they run the table. They play UGA next yr in Athens, so they should be eliminated early.

I can't take ND seriously until they join a conference.

So Manny Diaz leaves Miami as the DC to take the Temple head coaching job. Signs 17 recruits and then resigns and head back to Miami to take the head coaching job.
'Least he can say he never lost a game as a head coach.

The absolute domination of the "defending national champions" by the SEC's #4 team is just wonderful. Now please sit down UCF
