So sad to hear Mr Fuji passed away. He was one of my favourite managers of the 80s. Just the other day I re watched the coliseum TNT tape and laughed my ass off at the Miami vice parody he did with Muraco.

I loved his work in WWE, from Fuji Vice to Yokozuna's advocate, he's definitely deserving of legend status(plus all the rib stories). One of his little quips I always remember is "Master Fuji will teach you all about pain, and torture, and suffering!". It's sad he's gone, but he was really slow and out of sorts the last time I saw him on a documentary, so I'm not exactly shocked. Hope he gets a nice tribute package on Raw and a network playlist at least.

Very sad to hear. Fuji was a heat magnet. A legend of the business.

A great heel manager with some strange kind of charm to him during his tux wearing days. Almost like a mischevious kid about to wreak havoc. Lol.....i really enjoyed his pairing with Muraco and the Fuji Vice stuff was great. His runs with Demolition and Powers of Pain were fun for sure. I always got a kick out of him referring to the Berzerker as "my Bee-zerker". Someone mentioned above me that he was part of a colorful group of heel managers back in the day, that reminded him of Batman rouges. I couldn't have said it better. RIP Fuji....you will be missed.

One of the all time great heel managers.
Also, quite underrated as a performer outside the walls of WWE as well.
R.I.P.

RIP LOVED Fuji! one of the original classic managers! Fuji, Heenan, Jimmy Hart & Sherrie were like Penguin, Joker, Riddler & Catwomen to me! the colorful villians! Wow! I've never thought of it like that, but that's perfect. Around that time almost all heels had managers. Its almost as if the managers are the real heels and the heel wrestlers were their hired thugs.

They reported this news on ESPN and that began a discussion on my local sports radio channel. It was a humorous conversation to me because they never talk wwe and I was surprised it seems like the hosts are big old school wwf fans.

This is what sucks about wrestling these days - all the old times die unappreciated and THEN get toys and a hof ceremony, etc etc... RIP Fuji-san.

One of the best ever. That whole crew from the mid 80s to the early 90s gave me memories that will last a lifetime. That generation will always hold a spot in my heart no matter how old I get.
