Alistair Overeem liked one of my pics on Instagram :-) ...very cool! Just ordered the PPV for this weekend... as a boxing fan/historian, my head keeps telling me Conor doesn't have a chance. But as an MMA and Conor fan, there's always that "...what if??" that makes things interesting - I mean, I didn't think he'd beat Aldo... yet one punch and 13 seconds later(!). Plus, Floyd is a bit older now and won't have fought for 2 years... *maybe* Conor will be able to catch him with some big shots and make things interesting. |

Is the Pub you're going to charging you for standing room or a table? I was planning on going to a Hooters but they're charging like 50 for a table and 30 for standing room. Thought that was ridiculous. I may make some calls to see if any if the bars around me are hosting a viewing party. If not I'll probably skip it. Special event or not, I've never been super into boxing. |

That totally sucks. I feel the worst for Daniel Cormier though. Ariel Helwani posted on his twitter that DC just got the news too and is gonna release a response too. Jones' camp has also declined to comment. Ridiculous. Not a good look for the UFC at all. |

Unbelievable... REALLY disappointed in Jones - I just can't believe he'd be so stupid!? Jon Jones testing positive. You know what, f*** him. I don't care how good he is, how many f***ing chances should he get? I heard the steroid he was busted for faces a two year suspension. Has he been stripped of the title yet? I heard he hasn't yet. Man that was disappointing. DC definitely deserves it now.
