Great fight between Mighty Mouse and Cejudo... I thought it would be a quick night after that weird thing happened with Cejudo's foot/leg in the 1st(!). A third fight between these two is a must.
Really pleased to see Dillashaw humble Garbrandt again...

DJ vs Cejudo is probably one of my favorite fights ever watched. That fight kept me on the edge of my seat every round. To me, i couldn't guess who won Round 5, that was another "it could have been a draw" fight, like Romero vs Whittaker. So happy Cejudo won. Been wanting new blood in the Flyweight Title division for a long time. Much respect to Demetrius Johnson for how he took his loss. He didn't bitch, didn't have any excuses for losing, the best man won. Also, Cody has no excuse for getting knocked out this time around. All this time he was like "Yeah, my back injury was the reason i lost". Now, he knocked out quicker than the first fight. Cody has a weak chin. And also, I laughed when he said the UFC wanted him to win, cause everybody was calling for TJ vs DJ after this PPV. Cejudo vs TJ doesn't interest me. I dont get why the fight couldn't have been done this time around. I saw Kenny Florian criticize the judges for how they scored DJ vs Cejudo, especially in round 2. To me Cejudo had rounds 2 and 4. Round 5 looked like a draw to me.

Dj took the loss like a man, which shocked me, because he hasn't come across as a man for the last year. Either way, the 'Demetrius Johnson is the best mixed martial artist in the world' talk needs to die with his streak. Beating Ray borg and jussier formiga and John Dodson does not make one the best. |

Hmmm - I've seen that score for DJ, but not Cejudo (...personally, I'd have a hard time scoring the 3rd for Cejudo). As you say though, maybe the return of Conor (and soon Brock) will liven things up a bit. Looking forward to this weekend - really hoping Till KO's or puts a beating on Woodley... heck I'd even settle for a split-decision win (...only we'd have to hear more of Woodley's complaining...). I soured on Woodley when he started making accusations that because he was black, he wasn't getting promoted as well as he should, even though Jon Jones, Daniel Cormier were being promoted huge. After that, and the s*** performance he pulled against Maia, f*** him. I hope Darren Till makes weight to kick his ass. As for Nicco vs Valentina, I don't know to root for. I don't know much about Nicco (though she is very pretty outside of the octagon), and I like Valentina, but I do like an underdog story. |

She deserves to be stripped. At least when Germanie De Radamie didnt want to fight Cris Cyborg, she openly admitted to it. |

I've soured on trusting scoring from other places. I just go by feel. And I felt like Valentina didn't ever do anything to take a world title away from her that night. I put the pressure on the challenger at all times. Full fairness she is the best in the world at 125. I'd like to see Joanna move up and fight her. |
