I started last year. My oldest fig is probably the signature series 2014 Hulk Hogan that a friend gave to me. First figs were BP 37 because the Ascension got me into wrestling on night of champions '15 and I had to have them. Then I got hooked.

Dont recall what year it was when I first started collecting mattel but my oldest figure then was Christians first mattel elite figure with the silver and black jumpsuit.
However I sold all my figs and then just started a year or so ago now and my oldest fig (created) is probably Elite series 1 Edge but the first one I purchased was Elite X-Pac

Jesus Christ...I started collecting in 1988.
And I recently sold all my pre-Mattel action figures (from all makers and series), all I have left are just the Mattel WWE figures I want to have in my collection.

Oldest is probably e1 edge. Started around legends series 1 or 2(late 2010). Legends series 1 got me interested and pics of series 3 got me buying.

1990 i was five and didnt even watch wrestling but i bought ab 40 ljns at a church yardsale for $5. I started watching, got a few hasbro but then the bone crunchers came out. Me and my brother would get every series that came out, fast forward to 7 months ago I saw a godfather elite at a flea market for $2 impressed I buy it. Now 7 months later i have around 300 elites. But I sold all my wrestlers i had as a kid for 150$ when I got older all the ljns, 20 or so hasbros and tons of bone crunchers and bendems.

I actually just started collecting about 2 months ago. But I was an old school Hasbro collector as a kid, a loooooooooong time ago. My oldest figure would be my Rick Rude Hasbro as well. First Hasbro I ever bought. I'd include my LJN's I had as a kid too but I honestly don't even know what I had for sure. They're all bagged up and stored at my parents place these days. I haven't even seen them since the 90s. LOL

I assume you are talking about collecting wrestling figures in all lines. I started collecting JAKKS in 1999, since then it's been a love and hate relationship.

I actually moved some years ago and sold off my entire collection from when I was kid even. But I started collecting again when I had a kid and we started with the Elite figures of The Shield and Wyatt Family. We've gone back and bought some figures which were made before that, but those two groups really brought me back into WWE on a whole and they made me want to buy the figures as well, which was weird because it had been years since I had purchased a wrestling figure and there was a time when I was working at KB Toys and buying them every day.
