I want to share with you photos of the new WWE Jakks figures. I don't know what their agreement is, but the packaging is quite close to Mattel's. The figures didn't interest me enough to buy them, so sorry there are no loose photos. (Note: I had to watermark them because people might use these pictures to make fake eBay posts - yes there are some who do that.)
They will surely pop up on eBay, for completists who are interested. Are they worth it? I would say no, but that's just me. It's really up to you. The figures retail for about US $22 each.
Jakks John Cena with a new headscan and cool orange shirt. The head is okay, kind of makes him look old.
Jakks Dean Ambrose. The head is quite large, in case you're thinking about putting it on a Mattel. It is too big (well this is Jakks). The shirt is pretty cool.
Jakks Kalisto. It looks like those generic Dollar Store figures.
Jakks Roman Reigns. This figure is pretty badass. Not $22 badass though, so pass.
Here's another set of figures, with a different box. Undertaker has an old Jakks scan. Cena and Kalisto are pretty much the same figures as the other set. The Rock is a new scan.
Jakks also made a new ring! What is the deal with Mattel, Jakks and WWE??
Jakks-style WWE World heavyweight title. The side plates are stickers on top of plastic. Cena is the same figure as the shirted one, only without the shirt accessory. The belt is SMALLER than Mattel kids belts.
Jakks-style US championship. Jakks always paints the white parts of the US title which is a plus for me. Again, the side plates are stickers on top of plastic.
