If they ever form a Horsemen like group or stable in WWE then Flair should definitely lead it but as for who should be in it:
Flair (manager/JJ Dillon of the group) Ziggler (main eventer/Ric Flair of the group; the new Nature Boy he would be a mixture of himself but also have a shade of Flair to boot) Dash & Dawson (The Revival) (Arn and Tully of the group; the tag team of the group) Cesaro (Barry Windham of the group)

Are you talking about a new version of the Horsemen or a group similar to them.

Evolution was as close as we would ever get to a Horsemen group. And it was done right because they didn't try to be be the Horsemen, but they used the Horsemen as a blueprint on how to work as a group of four.

Did you have a quota of questions you needed to post ? I don't mind who you've picked as a new styled horsemen, but with the wwe landscape the way it is and the way fans are. I don't see stables like that working well. Hell they can't even handle the wyatts.

If you want to build a Championship Stable like the Four Horsemen, then collect the Champions.
Raw’s version Kevin Owens Roman Reigns (Heel turn, obviously) New Day (yes, that would make 5, but who’s counting)
Smackdown’s version A.J. Styles The Miz (w/ Maryse) Heath Slater and Rhyno (Heel turn, obviously, which would give Slater’s character a much need freshening up)

I agree they shouldn't do another Horsemen. Evolution nailed it. From the look. The style. To the long title reign, they had it all.
As for a new stable, I'd like to see...
Roman Gallows Anderson
The 3 of them would mesh well IMO. It'd give Roman new direction and give Anderson/Gallows a new lease in the WWE. Them terrorizing the RAW brand would be awesome and a feud with New Day could be a great WM match.

The guy is over like rover right now on Smackdown, with fans chanting his name, and you think a heel turn is what's needed for the guy??

I'd only want a new Horsemen lead by Flair, if AJ Styles and Bobby Roode were a part of it.
Nothing like that has ever been done.

I created an International version of the Four Horsemen with my figures
Alberto Del Rio (Ric Flair leader role)
Cesaro (AA enforcer role)
Mason Ryan (Sid Vicious powerhouse role)
Drew Galloway (Barry Windham role)

Flair's best days are behind him and he should remain off camera unless its for a purely limited role.
Also, in 2016, stables seldom work. They broke up the Wyatts, they broke up the Shield, and I'm surprised they kept New Day together as long as they have.
