I am attempting to arrange my collection by year and struggling to put a date some of them. A year they wore the attire would be great, an event would be even better.
Hope you guys can help.

I think a better strategy would be... Start off with some small talk. Tell them you can score some coke. Meet in the nearest dark alley. Provide said drugs. (I personally recommend running at this point.) If you don't get away, but still survive the night, check yourself when you wake up and consider an examination at the nearest ER. That's a good first date... (I apologize in advance if I offended any flashbacks reading this forum. No harm intended.) In accordance with the topic, I think Randy Savage with green tights could fall under anytime from 1985 to 1988. I also don't remember Jake Roberts wearing yellow tights like that. Mattel should have made them green and purple. Then I would have bought a boat load. |

I actually did my best not to make a misleading title, guess that backfired. That said, I bet you guys would love to date a flashback, so don't knock it  Back on topic, I thank anyone that gave some insight into the attires. I forgot that I'd like to add the BP WCW Rey Mysterio to the list and if ANY of the RVD figures were flashback? (Or that he wore that attire prior to his latest runs) The All Stars Randy Savage seems impossible to date, when googling I found a really old thread from years back on here and it still was never solved. Also, nobody answered about the 4 Horseman set. Any ideas? Maybe a Starrcade they wore those attires? |

No B47 Bret Hart exists = the point of my earlier post. So yeah, B49 wasn't asked for . . . just a nonexistent B47 attire date was requested. People named his B49 attire instead anyways, so it's all well & good, but no one bothered to correct the series # to possibly save some folks the possible later confusion (i.e. the OP might like to know that for future reference . . . doubtful, yes, but it's always nice to be aware). Anywho, I'm merely assuming B49 is even what he meant in the mean time, unless someone can show me this fictional Basic 47 Bret Hart figure that I've never heard about before until this thread.
