I'm excited for the schedule release on Wednesday. Probably my favorite part of the offseason, tbh.
Guessing Tampa vs. Dallas for the season opener, but Buffalo is a good contender as well, they just don't typically do out of conference matchups for the opener.

Wasn’t it the Jets or Eagles that wanted Timmy to play TE or FB years back, & now he’s “willing” to play TE?
He’s 32-34 yrs old & hasn’t played football in years. Yeah… good luck.

Because I have 0 attachment to Ryan Tannehill, I hope Rodgers ends up in TN.
MVP level RB and WR with Rodgers is deadly.
D can’t give up 35 a game tho otherwise it’s all for naught

I think GB wants to keep him there so I’m sure if he does get traded, it’ll get stretched out as long as they can and they’ll get as much as possible. If I’m GB, I’m looking for picks and young defenders. |

It’s fascinating that Rodgers can just dig his heels in and say I’m not going back to Green Bay. I mean they are arguably a piece or two away. Denver seems several pieces away. I mean sure he makes them an instant playoff team but idk about super bowl.

As a Broncos fan I don’t want Rodgers. They’d have to give up lots of early round future draft picks, plus 2 or 3 key starters.
Denver has a horrible oline besides 1 or maybe 2 players, so sacks & or him getting hurt more often & most likely they’d have to give up Sutton so 1 less receiver for Rodgers to throw to. Not worth it to be just a playoff team for the next 3-5 years & not win a SB in those years.

Rodgers is a drama queen & with that comes having to surround him with what he needs & I don’t see them winning a SB in 4 yrs (4 yr contract) & getting what he needs. Broncos need a lot of stuff. HC, OC, DC (so front staff) better oline, better LBs, better Dline (Harris is the only worthy Dline player) Von would sign else where next year (he’s up in age & im sure he wouldn’t take a pay cut to stick around) lose Sutton & Chubb in trade for Rodgers, lose out on future early round draft picks for years, FA talent they do get for him maybe limited due to money (Rodgers big contract). So it’s not worth the Win Now only to be a good seasonal team & not a post season/SB contending team. |
