Seattle held on for a win against a team that was quarterbacked by a corpse.

Philly is resilient, tho. They have been depleted health wise the last two years and they still play down to the wire

It's almost impossible to guess what the Vikings are going to do on any given game. I can see them winning the SB or losing by 30 next week. And the Titans?

I'm happy the Saints lost since i can't stand them. Seattle vs. Green Bay should be a fun game next week.

Now Jerry can find someone else to lead the Boys to 8-8 And that someone else seems to be longtime Rodgers bag carrier Mike McCarthy.

One of my favorite throws ever occurred during a Vikings/49ers game.

The Saints losing the NFC Championship after a no call of a clear DPI that couldn’t be challenged caused the creation of a rule that allowed for challenging of non-calls AND for the center in New York to stop the game and review the call only for the Saints to lose In the Wild Card round due to a no call of clear OPI that couldn’t be challenged and wasn’t reviewed by New York is one hell of a vicious circle.

I was arguing about that with my dad earlier. I get it, but with or without replay they would've lost the game as it was. They didn't really screw themselves by getting the rule. Had they called PI, and then reviewed it and overturned it to no PI, then they would've screwed themselves.
Also, if they have no plans on altering the way reviewing PI works, then they need to get rid of it.

The rule was never made to change things. It was made to shut people up. Since there is no petition this year, it largely worked.

New York Giants to hire Joe Judge as head coach, interested in Jason Garrett for OC position.
Carolina going with Baylor's Matt Rhule.

I am upset...Rhule leaves Baylor to go to Panthers and Cowboys get McCarthy? ugh. Being a fan of these teams is tiring. I need to get back to being fairweather and not caring unless they win.
