It's better than the 2-in-1 Andre we got that's for sure, I'm probably wrong but I don't remember his vest going that low - looks off IMO

They were on a contract rush with Andre's rights usage, so when they did the 2-in-1 figure, it was to do a mass scale release Elite Andre. They've done some great Andres since then, and finally we get a proper afro pre-WM3 figure of him. I love how this turned out.
