Jeff Jarrett was killing it in 99. Plus he was hilarious. He could've been a traditional champ at the least

Plus Mr. Perfect in like 1990-91 he was probably one of the most over heels on the roster at the time and with him being champion it would have been believable especially because of the heat he was managing to muster first with having Coach in his corner and then The Genius and eventually Bobby the Brain as his manager he would have been a perfect heel WWF Champion...Mr. Perfect had the looks, the mic skills the charisma and the all around wrestling ability to be WWF Champion back in the day coming off of the 1980s into the 90s

Owen in 94 & late 97 (Technically he did win the title, but it's not counted) Roddy Piper Vader, problem being Shawn Jake Roberts, problem being Hogan Mr. Perfect Rick Rude British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith , mainly in 91-92 he was super over at those times Razor Ramon Raven, I just wanted him to be champion both in WCW & WWE later on, but shame he got buried. Always liked him when I was a kid.

Shelton Benjamin had no business being WWE or World Heavyweight Champion even though he did have the look he had the size and he was a technical wrestler high flyer but at the same time mic skills he didn't really have that

I still think I'd have booked Piper as WWE champion going into WM2. Said before they could have had Bundy hurt Hogan's ribs several months before. An injured Hogan still accepts a challenge from Piper on SNME. Bundy helps Piper win by pulling his feet during a suplex into the ring. Hogan gets healthy and faces Bundy in the cage at the next SNME. Stipulation being the winner gets a shot at Piper's WWE title. Hogan wins and defeats Piper at WM2. Hell, they could have had Mr T be the referee. He could have quick counted so Piper had an excuse for the loss.
Least this way, Piper gets the WWE championship that he so rightly deserved. And maybe WM2 wouldn't be considered as one of the worst.

Wow I just realized if Sting would've beat Rollins at Night Of Champions, he could still be wrestling today. And it would have ended Rollins' mediocre reign.

Sting did deserve one run as WWE Champion. It would've been a great capper to his already HOF career.
