Okay,so i've been thinking about making an Owen Hart custom to finish my Hart family so my question is what body should i use? i was thinking a Bret Hart body but i don't think Owen ever wore full tights like Bret did,so some suggestions would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

You could use Bret, just switch thighs to create the singlet look. Search Mattel Owen Hart custom here and google, you'll get tons of ideas!
