My WCW Nitro arena setup. It’s just missing the big metal WCW signs on each side of the entrance – not sure how to go about making those.

Nice, looks pretty cool but definitely needs the wcw signs. Couldn't you use the ones from the old nitro ring or are they not the right scale?

Very cool. They need to put the big block WCW letters in a Elite WCW wrestler's packaging someday.

Yea I think they were too small scale wise for the actual wcw figure line so you are probably right. They were pretty big in reality. Not sure what to suggest unfortunately?

Is that a Mattel mat on a Jakks ring?

Is that a Mattel mat on a Jakks ring? No. Everything on the ring is Wicked Cool Toys other than the turnbuckles. They are from Figures Toy Company.

yeah, been struggling with a good set of WCW letters myself, I think I'm just going to end up cutting them out of wood and putting a thin sheet of metal over them.

Niiiiice! Looks awesome man, good job. I don't know if it was a venue thing, but it always seemed like wCw had larger arenas. (Took longer to get to the ring)
As far as the the lettering, most hobby stores have wooden letters. The font wouldn't be the same though. You could always make your own stencil by printing each letter and cutting it out whatever material like blue foam insulation board.

I think maybe it was because their entrance stage was smaller than Raw's.

WCW rings were smaller (16x16) compared to WWF's (18x18) and their entrance stage was smaller, so their presentation wasn't as big. Also, WWF had that big huge ramp and that massive TitanTron screen, whereas WCW just had the small stage and walked down an aisle. Honestly, I liked WCW a little bit more when I was a kid and still prefer it to this day over over the Attitude Era ... dammit I miss WCW 😕

Amazing setup. I like the flames on the outside mat. It really adds to the arena. Good stuff.

I'll take 1989 to the first half of 1994 WCW over WWF any day. In small isolated pieces WWF had better things sometimes, but as a whole, that entire time of WCW I really enjoyed. Once Hogan came in, I was over it. It just had a nicer charm about it.

Looks great to me. One of the best arena set ups I've seen.
