I wasn't going to buy Keaton, but about a month ago I got on the wait-list. Yesterday I was moved to the preorder queue. First time that has happened with my wait-list items.

So my Superman was supposed to be here today, but it got held up in Ohio so now it’s rescheduled for tomorrow. And my Keaton Batman shipped from Mezco today.

Been charged for Keaton for what feels like at least a month now. Hopefully it doesn’t take another three years to ship 😝

I messaged them yesterday morning about that because I paid for him and the Superman back on March 3 & 4. I received Superman’s tracking last week then two days ago they sent me tracking information which I thruways for Keaton, but when I opened the email is was a duplicate tracking for the Superman. So I inquired when Keaton would ship and here was the reply I received overnight… “Hey there, Thanks for reaching out - Our apologies for the delay, we have not forgotten about you. Due to the overwhelming amount of orders the warehouse is currently backed up with general orders as well as replacement orders. Once the order is shipped, your tracking number will be updated. All orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience!” |

My Keaton shipped today. What a time to be alive, haha.
I did get my Superman yesterday, too. I really like the Superman, the accessories and paint work are flawless. The costume is very thin, which is nice but it means that the slightest snag might pull a thread and do some damage. Keep your nails filed when you're posing this guy.

FedEx attempted to deliver and I wasn’t home to sign for it.. great
It was originally supposed to deliver last Wednesday, then Friday, then Saturday…. All which I would’ve been home for
But no it’s gotta be today when I go back to work. Waited over three years for this thing, jumped through hoops to finally get them to update my payment info now I gotta play catch me if you can with FedEx

FedEx attempted to deliver and I wasn’t home to sign for it.. great It was originally supposed to deliver last Wednesday, then Friday, then Saturday…. All which I would’ve been home for But no it’s gotta be today when I go back to work. Waited over three years for this thing, jumped through hoops to finally get them to update my payment info now I gotta play catch me if you can with FedEx Dude they’re the WORST about the “in person adult signature.” They literally ONLY attempt delivery when I’m at work, and you can’t sign a tag and leave it on the door because it’s IN PERSON. I always have them leave it at a Walgreens by my job. At least then I just go pick it up after work, that’s the only way I get my figures without a fight. |

I called them on Monday to get an answer, they said I could wait and hold the delivery until someone was going to be home. I told them "someone WAS home both times, they didn't ring the bell" then they said they'd send the guy back later that afternoon and I told them not to bother because I'd still be at work. VERY frustrating haha. |

I'm still in processing for Keaton. I was charged on March 13, but was also a converted wait-list, so I might be among the last to ship.
