Great show. RAW just phoned it in for the last show of the year, Smackdown went out with a bang. Great matches, good storyline progression, and a shocking moment I truly was not expecting, showing that anything can happen. The tag titles here, and the IC Title before Survivor Series help make you feel like Smackdown really is the must see TV show. You know most of the time, that title change won't happen, but there's that chance it might.

Caught the highlights earlier, seemed like a cracking show...
Congrats to American Alpha on their win, good for them...Cena back with the same old schtick...no surprise there, just come back and challenge for the title, why not...
Bliss vs Lynch seemed good too, with a throwback to the Booger Red/Blue Blazer/Conquistador deal...
Styles, of what I saw, just keeps knocking everything he does out of the park...what a year he's had and no mistake...

Loved the Undertaker chants to Cena's promo at the beginning. Have to say though, this all but confirms for me that they are going with Undertaker vs John Cena for the Title now with Cena winning it back at the Rumble. They'll have the mandatory rematch at Elimination Chamber, setting free Styles from the title picture and allowing Cena to move on to Wrestlemania with the Belt. The question now is wether Undertaker wins the Rumble in Texas, or if he somehow wins Elimination Chamber.

Just got back from smackdown. Pretty good show. I saw Baron Corbin in this pizza place near Allstate. I said hi and he said what's up back. too intimidated to go up and ask for a pic. So a hi was all I needed. I was really surprised how personable Corbin is. He gives off a stand-offish vibe (which is great for his character), but he's actually really reserved and polite. After a house show this summer, I hung around out back with a couple of friends and Corbin was one of several to come over and meet fans. He prefaced it by saying he wouldn't be taking pictures, but he'd be happy to sign. He stuck around and got everyone who wanted to meet him (and there were a lot of people out there.) I just shook his hand and told him it was really cool to see how far he'd come along in such a short amount of time and he stopped, shook my hand again and said "thank you man, I really appreciate that." He's a cool dude.

Good show last night. The condensed two hours really gives SD the advantage IMO.

Ugh I hope they are not cm punking AJ Styles by holding the title and do all the dirty work, lose it just before the biggest show of the year and then get thrown into some random feud because whatever. Cena Taker does not need the tile have AJ win bring Samoa Joe up and have him win the rumble of the chamber match.

It'll work out. May even get Goldberg vs Taker.

SmackDown was amazing this week. Better than most pay-per-views. I don't have a good feeling about WrestleMania, though. I'm certain it's going to be John Cena versus The Undertaker, and AJ Styles will be thrown in some random feud.

Cesaro, Ziggler, Harper, and Zayn will be in the Andre the Giant battle royal. I see Alexa being feed to Nikki. I can't see them doing Bayley vs Sasha. While I am a Seth Rollins fan I don' think his match with HHH is that big because of all the time that has passed. I just want somebody I am a fan of to be in an important match and AJ is next in line.

I'd much rather Styles vs. Taker happen at WM and Cena vs. Ambrose or Cena vs. Nakamura or Cena vs. Joe happen.

Just enjoy a good show, jeez. Last night was a great SD. Even Nikki's segment was thankfully short. I can't help but be cynical when it comes Cena and title matches though. I'm just hoping they're smart and put AJ over.

If you actually watch Cena's promo it was a MUCH different John Cena than we have seen in a LONG time.

AJs first title reign shouldn't be defined by a James Ellsworth feud. It's defined by his 'face that runs the place' line and he'll be a footnote in the 'who did Cena defeat for his 16th title'
