Have you tried the cotton trick? Boil and pop the head off, pack a little cotton in the hole, and pop the head back on. Keep adjusting the amount of cotton until it sits the way you want. Just be careful how you pack the cotton in because this can also make the head sit a little higher creating a giraffe neck.

I have this problem with my Stevie Ray. I dremeled the head because it also sits like a bobble head and no use.

If the head is at the height you want it at on the neck what you do is pop the head off the stem and stick some cotton from a qtip into the Neck then pop the head back on. The cotton in the neck will firm up the loose neck peg from moving to much thus making the head sturdier. If the head sits to low on the neck then stick cotton into the head also to raise it usually it takes one and one half to two qtip heads to raise the head to the correct level.
