AWA Superdome Spectacular The Superdome - New Orleans, LA.AWA returns to pay per view this week as we bring you AWA Superdome Spectacular with 5 action packed matches! The long running feud between good and evil comes to a violent end in the Last Battle of New Orleans. Dusty Rhodes takes on Jake Roberts in a ring enclosed inside a steel cage on all sides. By what violent ends will this feud culminate? The Fabulous Freebirds team of Terry Gordy and Buddy Roberts take on the Von Erich duo of Kerry and Mike. After an unexpected debut and earning themselves a AWA World Tag Team title shot, the New Zealand Sheepherders face off with the champions, Buddy Rose and Doug Somers for the titles. A past world champion takes on the current world champion. Bruno Sammartino challenges Ric Flair for the AWA World Heavyweight Championship. Solid show man. I felt like every match had done sort of interference but there was plenty to progress. I was hoping the cage match would have been longer and more brutal! Should be interesting to see all of the debuts fill their roles! You do well at mixing the style of figures but I honestly do like the influx of Mattels and Jakks. Thanks for sharing this!
