I turned my ultimate warrior's wrists for the first time and they both broke off! I don't know how to contact Mattel. I am wondering how would I go about getting a refund or something?

Look on the back of the box for contact info. You'll need the barcode/UPC from the box as well as your reciept, social media passwords for background refference, a photo of the back of your SSI card, the last 3 digts from your State ID, but it can only be a California ID. You must also submit your three top wants so when no refund is issued, Bill can also tell you 3 of your top 3 will never happen. #HeelBill.

If you bought it at a big box store return it for an exchange. The same thing happened to my Bobby Heenan when I opened it and Target let me swap it out the very next day.

Box is in terrible shape and do not have the original Amazon box. You don't need the original amazon box. If it's a recent purchase, just tell them that the packaging was in terrible shape and that when you removed the figure from it, he fell apart. They're usually good about returns.

You don't need the original Amazon box to send it back. Any box will do. You're gonna have to ship it to Mattel and who knows how long that process will take. Amazon is quick and easy. If you call them, sometimes they tell you just to keep it.

Normally Mattel will replace the product based from their manufacturer's warranty. (hope they have enough inventory for it) OK thank you guys. I bought it off of Amazon. I will contact Mattel soon. Processing time is around 3 weeks (or depending on inventory replacement level)

I don't get how they broke. Are the hand pegs too small for the holes? Do they just fall out when you put them back in? So you twisted both of the hands and they just fell off? Why can't you just put the hands back on?

Why can't you just put the hands back on? The head of the peg broke off inside of the figures forearms. Now it is just like a line instead of the head on it.

Same thing happened to one of my Entrance Greats HHH. I think paint from the wristband gets inside the hole and the peg can't turn. It just twists and breaks. Usually hot water helps if you notice a wrist not turning correctly.

This is what happened to my lost legends Warrior too. Right out of the package his right hand just fell off. Same day I got elite 45 Rollins whos sides were splitting just from moving his arms..along with a huge rattler in him. Probably worst day of being a collector both got returned to the store.

I feel like you tried to do a hand swap without heating it enough and cooked up a bogus story. How could both wrists snap off at a simple move?
