Even though 'The Simpsons' has been about for ages, I think it is still a great programme. The Movie was great and the new episodes on SkyOne every sunday are amazing! The Simpsons gets my vote easy! |

The Simpsons. No question. Family Guy has no story line, I think it gets boring watching a fat guy kick the crap out of a chicken.

Definatly Family Guy, that actually makes me laugh.
Where Simpsons just makes me chuckle every so often, not laugh like Family Guy.

And you don't think it's boring that the storyline of the Simpsons every week is that Homer & Marge nearly break up and then get back together ? I love the Simpsons and all, but I don't think you've even watched more than two episodes of Family Guy and the Chicken fights. Watch a couple episodes of Family Guy and then we'll talk. |

The Simpsons is funny in places but that's it. They've lost it. Run it to the end of the 19th (?) season and have done with it. ;[

Erm now that im getting older Family Guy. Used to love the simpsons, but it lacks that edge that I think Family Guy has. However I think its largely age specific. I think if u asked a bunch of 10-15 year olds the same question many wud say the simpsons

I enjoy both, The Simpsons will always be my favourite as it's a real classic show. I don't thinkt here will ever be another animation to match what The Simpsons has done for television.
I've noticed that with the newer episodes of Family Guy, they just take the piss out of nearly every other TV show and movie and it get's a little stale after a while.

simpsons series 1-10 was WAYY better than family guy
but simpsons series 11+ was absolute garbage, so family guy wins there

Family Guy is really inconsistent, for every great episode, there's always about 3 or 4 shitters, whereas Simpsons is always great.

Simpsons hands down.
I think Family Guy's too random & also no storylines. It's pretty lucky that Family Guy's back on after it got cancelled along with Futurama 3 or 4 years ago.
