What's the general consensus on this? What's the rarest Jakks out there?

Juventud Guerrera. Jakks were so cruel teasing us with that figure and not releasing it.

The silver-robed employee Flair is surely up there as far as actually released things go. One-off prototypes like Juvi, too. Or the super unreleased stuff like Linda, Mr. America (if it got that far) and anything else that may have been totally shelved.

Rarest BCA from the early Jakks? Maybe the Diesel/Razor pack. Never understood why the Blue Blazer wasn't in higher demand.

I never had an AD1 Jeff Hardy but I remember them going for quite a lot. Man I remember the prices for him going crazy for years. I think I wanted one about a year after the release and it was going for $80-$100 loose! It was a very neat figure but them prices were killer. Have them come down any? I'd actually love to finally add him to my set. I mean even by today's standards it's a cool figure.

Really surprises me that it doesn't go for More. Probably because you could get the Blazer in stores and the Diesel/Razor 2 pack was only an online deal. I do remember in 2006 selling my MOC Blue Blazer figure for $50. I ended up buying a loose one though in 2012 off eBay for like $15.

Right now MOC on eBay range between $20-35. Even though the DTA 2 series was only sold at Wal-Mart, I remember hearing something about the figures of him being pulled from shelves due to a lawsuit between WWE and Owen Hart's family. They were extremely hard to find after his passing. I've kept my MOC Blazer figure hoping one day the value will go way up.

They were extremely hard to find after his passing. I've kept my MOC Blazer figure hoping one day the value will go way up. To my knowledge, Blue Blazer was never pulled from stores. There was a limited quantity of DTA Tour Series 2 initially sent out, which combined with Owen's death would explain their nearly-impossible-to-find status in late May/early June 1999. Additional shipments to Wal-Mart stores began appearing in July, and by early August the frenzy was over. Some stores received as many as four follow-up shipments during that summer, so plenty of Blazer figures made it out. The prices on the secondary market always fluctuate, but you've hit the nail on the head for that figure over the past 10 years. It's definitely more in the $15-20 range now, but I could see it bumping back up a little if Mattel ever completely rules out making an Owen Hart figure. Now, having said that, I would not advise anyone to stock up on Blazer figures. The days of $50+ are long gone and I don't expect to see them again for the foreseeable future.

Rarest BCA from the early Jakks? Maybe the Diesel/Razor pack. Never understood why the Blue Blazer wasn't in higher demand. if we're talking loose figures and not MOC: There was the hart family two pack which featured the all pink bret hart and owen hart with a cast and some new designs also the aforementioned Diesel Ramon two pack with yellow Razor and 'Big Daddy Cool' tank top Diesel. the Survivor Series Limited Edition four set which had the only version of ultimate warrior in green attire. The Executioner (terry Gordy) from the Buried Alive 4 pack Cactus Jack (tho he was released in a few multi packs but never a single as far as I know) and just some more variants of the same figure here and there. But most of all BCAs can be had pretty affordably if you wait for the right listing.

I was always rather partial to the Jakks Series 1 + 2 figures!

Aside from the warrior exclusives and other low number exclusives like bloody funk and the weasel, i think the posted undertaker is quite rare.
