Yeah so I wanted to check, when you pass and get your license, do you take another picture?, or do they use your provisional pic?

Because my provisional pic is nothing short of disgusting, and im thinking once i've passed i'll be carrying my license around and stuff, and I want a normal looking picture ;[

Its up to you. If you give the instructor your stuff when you have past. He will send it off straight away and they send your license through the post and obviously you get the same photo. But if you want to send it by yourself then you can send another pic with it. hope i helped
