Are you sure you didn't buy one of the Amazon Warehouse items? Those items all have damaged packaging. They're prime eligible and usually the lowest priced, so they're easy to overlook if you're sorting by price. Most of my collection has come from Amazon, and I've never had an issue with packaging on the non-warehouse figures. I have had good luck with amazon warehouse. I ordered a battle pack for abt 5$ off and it was just the box that was scuffed up. Figures were perfect. |

I've bought several figures off Amazon in the past but I'm officially done with it now. I mostly collect moc and today I got a elite 123 kid and the box is so messed up. It looks like it got ran over or something. Anyone else have this happen? Only buying from rsc or stores from now on. It probably was ran over. I was an operations manager for Amazon's largest fulfillment center for a little over a year and there are robots that move the shelves of inventory around and if an item falls off, it can get run over by the robot and dragged around all day. |

I love amazon. I got a 123 kid for less than $6 around Christmas time and package was perfect!

I've had a mixed bag with WWE and ML from Amazon, but I collect loose anyway so it's not a huge deal.
I've fared better with RSC though, but that's not a given.

I ordered Elite 47 KO and Elite 45 Steven Regal the box they were shipped in came in perfect condition but the packing material was one of those plastic pillows of air so the figure boxes were a bit banged up. Then I ordered Elite 47 Balor and it came with 2 of those pillows and the figure box was great.

I don't care for Amazon. I can never find much of interest on there & the selection is nowhere near that of eBay, I guess it's all in what you're looking for. And the way sellers ship on there makes me wanna choke somebody, they literally wait days before shipping & then it's sent by dumb*ss FedEx which takes another week to get to me. I hate it & I rarely buy from there.

I've never had a problem with Amazon. My elites always come so clean, not one scratch or dent so far and they also ship from 1-2 days if you have prime. |
