I see enough resemblance in the Itami and Gable heads to Kazuchika Okada and Dalton Castle to give some customs a try.
Any recommendations for elite Mattel bodies that fit Okada and Castle with matching skin tones, preferably figures that are readily available for retail or cheaper prices?

Okada, listed as 6' 3" 236 lbs: Castle (he's the one in the middle), listed at 5' 11" 210 lbs:

Well you can for sure use the Chad Gable head for Castle.

Damien Sandow body would be good for Okada, maybe a Miz body for Castle?

Get any of the Cody Rhodes elites for castle. Preferably the white and red trunks for the more ripped torso. And yes chad gable head all the way

I took advantage of the Ringside WM sale to pick up cheap parts to make my Okada & Castle fix-ups.
For Kazuchika Okada I used the Itami head on a Sandow body with tall boots. A little goof off to remove the beard; then gave the hair a wash of yellow plus did my usual okay but not great paint job for the trunks, kneepads and boots. The parts worked well together although I had to do some adjusting to the leg peg to switch from kick pads to tall boots. The painting was my usual okay but not great work; it is at least recognizable but looks better from a distance rather than close up. Then I topped it off with a Regal coat because Okada needs some kind of fancy entrance gear. I'm happy with it.
For Dalton Castle, I used the Gable head (again goof off to remove the beard but kept the mustache) on Regal body with Pillman boots. I could repaint the trunks and kneepads but Dalton switches up colors a lot soI'm leaving it red for now. I prefer not to paint if I can get away without it. He's a little tall so I will have to adjust the calves when I get the appropriate parts but for now it works for me.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Now what the heck do I do with my Jason Jordan figure? Poor guy looks lonely without his tag partner...

Oh yeah, the peacock guy lol
Okada looks lean, I think the Ric Flair (4H pack) or Sandow body works. Hard to tell for sure because his arms are raised in the pic though (squarish Flair versus rounder Sandow muscles).
Peacock guy has his arms raised too...but it looks like he has a stocky luchador-type body though. Nakamura's elite figure looks about right (which I know sounds weird because IRL Nakamura doesn't have that kind of body). Probably not cheap though.

Oh yeah, that Regal body looks about right too, i think you did fine. Sorry i'm not more help, skin tones are hard to see through online figure pics. Cant wait for WF's Figure Database!
