I decided to ask this here because this is the only thread I really upload photos to. And I'm hoping since this forum is the most active that someone will be able to help. Mods please feel free to move it or delete it if you feel so inclined.
Is anyone else having Photobucket issues? All the images from my posts in the past, plus my signature and avatar have broken links. I went in to see if I could recopy and paste the IMG link and fix it, but when I paste it for my avatar it says the link is invalid. For my signature if I hit the "preview" button it shows the image, but it still doesn't display in my post.
I was hoping to update some comparisons threads I had done and now I'm hoping I don't have to redo them all. Any help is appreciated.

I've never had problems
I'm not good at that type of stuff but it was easy on that site

I've had tons of issues with it over the last year. Finally gave up and started using postimage.org works alot better.

Did you exceed your monthly bandwidth? I didn't know there was a monthly bandwidth on Photobucket. According to their site, "If you do reach the bandwidth cap for the free account, your linked out photos will be replaced by the above Photobucket image that states "this image exceeds bandwidth". I don't have the replacement image on anything, simply a blue square with a question mark. So I'm assuming it's a broken link. I can't seem to find info other than that about how to see how much bandwidth I'm using. And, my storage capacity is only 5% full. |

This was addressed in the support forums. No one knows what the issue is. They just know that photobucket doesnt seem to work for anyone on WFigs now.

I was having the same troubles as you, but then I switched over to Imgur (thanks to the recommendations of fellow board members) and my avatar is up and working again.
Occasionally, I'll run into the same issue whenever I try to post the first link option from Imgur, so I have to remind myself to copy either the direct link or the BBCode option to share my photos here.

I was really disappointed years ago free accounts had bandwidth and storage limits but paid ones were unlimited storage and soon after I signed up for the paid account they made free accounts unlimited storage and advertised that a lot but then all of the sudden one day they redesign the site and put major storage limits on even paid accounts and I was way over the limit so I cancelled my subscription.... No point in paying for something that was exactly the same as the free then... They let me keep the ones on there I just couldn't add anymore. But then I did something I don't remember what that gave me like 10 extra gigabytes so now I'm 96 percent full but lately when I try to upload it takes me back to the sign in page as if I'm not signed in so I can't upload anything. But even if I could everytime I upload a picture they send me an email saying my storage is almost full...
