I hated how some of the Hasbro's had the legs stuck together so I really like the retro one that Mattel did but wish it was mania 6 orange

These new retro figures are nowhere as detailed as Hasbro's. Mattel's have very soft lines and details, which give them a very cheap look. Even the carding doesn't have the same detail. Cool concept, poor execution.

I'd hate to say it but I think I like the hasbro better even though it has its legs stuck together, a belt on its waist and that thumb piece on the back

Yeah- I'll still get the new warrior when I find it. But hasbro looks much better. Hasbro even has the warrior symbol on back of trunks whereas Mattels version went all JAKKS on us with details. Don't love how it's not really in scale with original either.

I wish they'd sculpted him new arms, but the figures still looks good. I like it better than the jumping Warrior, but not as much as the others.

Thanks, awesome pics you took of it. Now that I get a good look at it def. doesn't hold a candle to the white tights Warrior-included the pic below....Still love that sculpt. I'll get the Mattel one out of my love for the original Hasbro line and my need to complete this collection. But yeah, not as excited for that one.

Probably the worst this series has to offer, which is disappointing because I love Warrior. But yeah, all 3 of his Hasbros put this to shame. That said, I still bought it.

Thanks for comparison pics. The Hasbros are much cooler but I'll still buy the retros.

I think the Mattel's far better functionally, but it's not touching the spirit of the Hasbro, like even though the Mattel face has better face paint, the black patch and smile makes him look all optimistic, like "Ooh, I like butterflies!", and the Hasbro's like "I HAVE TRAINED MY ENTIRE LIFE SO THAT I CAN RIP YOUR HEAD OFF!".
If they could put a pinch more paint detail into some of the attires(if Warrior and Kane got the same level of intricacy as Brock and Roman), and the skintones were a bit more cartoonish(Roman, Taker, and Brock are fine, but Cena, Owens, and Warrior just seem drab next to Hasbros) that would be cool.
I hope these keep coming until they hit a point where they're like $5 a piece in a dump bin like Hot Wheels, so we can just frivolously buy them for customs. I was just thinking about some more gimmick stuff too, like gitd Taker, Taker and Kane with Michael Myers sit up action and reuse it for Zayn's Heluva kick(like the opposite of Toybiz Kidman}, Xavier w/ molded trombone arm w/ noisemaker inside you can blow, or a mechanism from moving the arm, Ember Moon with led eyes,

Nailed it. These Mattel versions lack any spirit. They look lifeless. I really don't understand how some of their stuff gets approved for production.

I think the same, S1 Hasbro though the worst of the 3 warriors is better than this one. That torso design kills it and the lack of details. This is also the first I'm noticing the face REALLY looks like 92' Warrior when he came back and was skinny. Anyone else pick up on that?

Looking at the new Warrior...can that head fit good on a regular Mattel figure?

After more thought, perhaps it's not worst than the first Hasbro Warrior, but I do think that body style on him (and Cena) is worse than the jumper style from Hasbro at least in general.
