So I sent an E-mail regarding the one per case figures not being shipped here and she replied. I'm sure the design team don't deal with shipping.

I'm sure the design team don't deal with shipping. a word of advice, that above letter from Jakks most probably means "thanks, we're going to do nothing about this, bye". Design team? You could write another letter, asking more and why the design team, see where you get.

I'm also sure like her, the design team won't give a toss unfortunately Next time blag that you are a local import shop, you have a big market for Jakks toys in your town/city and you've have regular WWE figure buyers and that you'd had a few complaints from customers regarding the matter, mention a certain series and figure names etc and you'd probably get treated more professionally and not as just another 15 year old with a complaint that doesn't mean much to them.

Yeah they're not gonna do anything about unfortunately, don't really know what could solve the problem, write more letters and keep bombarding them with emails etc.
Might get you somwhere!?

that must be just a standard letter they send people as I emailed them when the RA16.5 HBK came out just to ask them what the deal with it was and I got the exact same response.

Well at least you tried to get an explanation.... +1 karma for trying. I'm sick of not getting 1 per case figures anymore.

I took Josh's advice and wrote as if I owned an import store, here is what I sent. Chances are Jakks will know you don't own an import store.

lol, i hope you didnt use the same email address.
And the first reply about the design team is the usual reply.
If i were you id e-mail jeremy.
I know its not nice to wreck his head about figures, but he seems to actually care. he has always been helpful to me and he helps me out with so many things (even helps me with domain names and the likes).
Hes a great guy.
but if you write to him, be polite, explain that Jakks are giving you a reply that you know is of no use and you are upset because you cant get the diva figures which are overpriced on ebay.
