Just the pic or are these trunks legit the same as the BO with Punk? I feel like this needs to be more pink-ish You are correct. Looks like they have used the unreleased proto from a few years back. They are more of a lilac colour. What he wore at WM4 against Butch Reed and One Man Gang. They don't look like the pink he wore at WM3. Ah, dammit, Mattel. Come on, final product. Please differ. |

I Hope they do like Sting and do a running change on the trunks. Also, the white on the thighs is still too high up. And YES, those darn knee pads

I hope with an elite Steamboat, a new head mold with removable bandana, logo on back of the gi. And just because..... ...Smaller scale intercontinental belt with red wwe logo.

Several thoughts...
It's gorgeous.
Finally got a definitive classic 3 star trunks Savage.
Face looks much better here than the previous pics.
Glad the headband got some detail.
Love the legs.
Wish the white trim was on the knee pads as opposed to the skin.
What took so long for us to get this amazing figure?
We need a Elite WM3 Steamboat next!

Likeness looks fairly decent but really need to see it without the headband and glasses to judge it properly. Savage has had mixed luck with Mattel's headscans. Thankfully the TNF Macho head is a very good likeness, though the Elite 24 was a mediocre likeness at best, and the first two (smiling and serious) were IMO very poor likenesses to the man.
But yeh looking forward to seeing this sans headgear. Would be nice to get a Wolfpac Savage someday too, and lets get another new scan for it please Mattel.

I love it I'd love to see the head without the glasses and headband AMEN! The one detail I was hoping for was the short pads. And Mattel drops the ball again. I'm still going to get it because Savage is my #1, but still. And no IC belt either? SMH |

Yes tights should be more pink if the goal was to match WMIII however that doesn't bother me. Personally I'm having trouble matching up the robe in the loose photo versus the packaged version. In the loose pics, looks like he's wearing a robe with sleeves that end at his elbow. If he extends his arms out vertically like in the package, will the robe extend to his wrists?

Why do they keep using that body? He never was that roided/cut. Looks ridiculous on Savage. Jakks syndrome.
Cape looks good. Everything else looks like every other macho figure we've gotten except for a slightly less passable headsculpt.
Easy pass for me.

lol at shade of pink complaints. Have you seen Elite 42,43,44 New Day, SS HHH, DM Razor, tons of hair colors. Its Mattel, youre not used to this by now?
