Thats really suprising. You might wanna check if they took the money from your account, if you haven't already. Very unlike that website, they are normally brilliant.

It could be what happened to me. I could have been out of stock before they got the chance to update the website, check you order history and if not, check customer services

Same happened to me with LMA Manager 2007. It didn't come for over a week.
