Hi I was wondering what would be the best parts for Elias Samson, I predict a Damien Sandow head would work, it would only be a basic but any good body or pants suggestions

Luke Harper arms? Don't they both wear bandanas as wrist bands? HTM or Rock Concert Guitar? ADR scarf? E34 Hogan pants?

Barry Windham or HHH style torsos, depending on what shape you like.
HHH style arms.
There's a Stone cold with jeans, the APA guys too.
I wouldn't sweat the head too much since you'll cover a lot of the face once you sculpt the beard.
You can easily make stuff like bandanas or wraps with tape or gauze.
