Considering Mattel has gone out of their way lately to make so many of the early Attitude Era names and faces, I'd be foolish not to say WrestleMania XII.
It's also the first and only Warrior attire that comes to mind quite frankly, so it really is a no-brainer for Mattel to knock that one out.

Either of the WCW attires, but HH98 would be my first pick. Beyond that, I'd say KOTR96 in the purple is pretty cool.
