I know there's a CSDA Bulldog, I need RA suggestions.
Which would be a better choice: a Chris Masters body or a SHW Triple H/JBL body or another choice with which boots?

I used the body from the Classic superstars 3 pack with Bulldog, Jake and Koko, the CSDA Bulldog head and did a hand swap for the white wrist tape to make mine.

I think what the OP is referring to is the look that is showcased on the BCA Davey Boy right behind your custom. lol... Y'know, the figure that was released in 1997?
If that is indeed the case, I'd personally go with the "ripped" Masters body. Now, I'm a little ignorant when it comes to the body choices Jakks made in the last 2 years (07-09) of the line, but I think the idea was, at the start, to use that SHW (the one featured in Rusty's custom) torso on guys who weren't as ripped as the standard HW torso. Guys like Ted DiBiase and 2003 HHH. So I'd use the Masters body to differentiate how muscular Davey Boy was... Having said that, I think that the SHW torso is perfect for Early 90's DBS.
As far as boots go, I'd go with the medium sized boot. You're going to want to have boot tassels and the knee pads pulled down over the shin, so you'll need the extra skin room to get that look going.

SHW torso and tall red boots used to be the go to for a 1997 Bulldog back in the day.
