It is like flogging a dead horse at this point, but all of us with a brain can see the dead crowds and lack of buzz around 205 live etc
You have Neville, A double, Gallagher, three talented individuals, a serious lack of reaction.
For me, it feels like A) 205 live shouldn't be produced after Smackdown despite the cheaper production, and rather be a taped NXT style show similar to the Cruiserweight Classic
and B) Don't make it feel rushed and insignificant, I mean not only is it logged right in the middle of RAW everytime, but look at the Entrances tonight, before Perkins even got near the ring the face team came out
Now it may be me knit picking, but i feel there's so much potential not being tapped into for the cruiserweights, how do you feel?

The cruiserweight division is past the point of repair.

Just don't make it it's own show, easy as that. Make it a part of Raw. Not feel like it's a separate show that's getting a time slot on Raw. For awhile they gave vignettes and stuff to show who everyone was but they stopped doing that. The show just got lazy.

I personally think the Cruiserweights should either be on its own on the Network or just a part of RAW, not be both.

Drop their segememts from Raw and Smackdown, make 205 its own thing. Sign some names that will make people talk. Spend the money, wet some contracts, and put more effort into it than booling a card night of.

Drop the purple ropes on Raw.

Drop 205, stop giving the ring purple ropes, let the wrestlers do their thing. I think the bigger problem is them being on RAW, if they were on Smackdown I'm sure they would be booked better.

Wow, people are shocked that the cruiser weight division is failing??
I said last summer on here, that it would fail and it appears to be the case.
I am a huge Austin Aries fan, so for me its very bittersweet. Where as yes, he is in the main event 95% of the time in the cruiser weight matches, the part that sucks is that he is in the cruiser weight division. Though he would probably get lost in the shuffle if he was on the Raw or Smackdown main roster.
But 205 Live needs to be its own show, taped at its own location, and shown weekly, maybe even right after NXT on Wednesday's, just like how they had it last summer with the Cruiser Weight Classic show.

the stuff on RAW is just promotion. why don't people understand this?
as soon as they created 205 Live, the Cruiserweight "division" on RAW became the Cruiserweight Advertisement. It's like going into a grocery store and getting a free sample of store brand cookies. You have the company giving you a small taste of their product and telling you what aisle to go purchase it in.
So they do a little bit of stuff on RAW to promote the show and the Network. Because they want you to give them $10 a month for things like PPVs and 205 Live.
The problem is, their approach is terrible. Week after week its just pointless multi-man matches, TJP, and plugging. The matches TJP are usually dog crapTJP because they are TJP either rushed TJP or they follow the exact TJP formula of every TJP other kind of match TJP in the WWE. You watch a thing like Aries vs Neville from the Wrestlemania pre show (of course, because the CW's aren't important enough for the main card) and you see what these guys are capable of, but then you remember this is the WWE and outside of Roman Reigns they really don't care about anything else on RAW

Personally I think the biggest issue is people's lack of patience. Some that thought this was going to be huge right away just because the CW Tournament was so good. Problem is, RAW has different type of fans than the one that love the Network's wrestling shows (NXT, CW tournament, UK tournament). Plus you have to remember that while we may love someone like Aries, there's 60% of the crowd that never heard of the guy. So RAW has to take it time and let these guys slowly win over the crowd. That's why we get so many multi-man matches on RAW. It's to showcase as many of the talents at once so you'll be intrigued enough to tune into 205 Live.
All that being said, I kinda think the should have had the CW division be part of NXT rather than RAW. And combined NXT & 205 into a two hour NXT show instead. Same goes for the UK talent. Just put them all on the same show and really let it take off.

205 live needs to be dropped and the Crusierweights should be treated like actual Raw Superstars. They are stuck in their own little bubble and don't interact with the rest of the roster.
Back in the early days of the RA era Mysterio was part of the divison but that didn't stop him from fighting guys like Angle, Big Show etc.

Not everyone has it. Is it fair for the NXT guys or the UK guys that are exclusive to the Network? Its an idea that makes sense splitting them off on their own on the Network, or they could always remove 205 Live and just treat the Cruiserweights like they are equally a part of RAW instead of a preview to 205 Live

setting up the purple ring ropes and lighting takes longer than an actual crusierweight match. I'd hate to be the ring crew.

A Double doesn't need 205 Live, 205 Live needs A Double. I'd say the same about Neville. I think those two guys would be just fine on the main roster without the CW gimmick.
205 Live is a failed experiment that WWE just botched from the very beginning. It's given us the return of TBK, the King of the CWs Neville, and commentary Austin Aries. So it's had its moments. I think they just need to shut down 205 Live and have the CW division be exclusive on Raw. Stop it with the purple ropes and handshakes and just make them like everyone else, but with a weight class. I don't understand why that's so hard.

People care about a beach ball more than a cruiserweight match, TBH the beach ball thing was funny last year when it was just one time, but now its getting annoying

I really want to see a power rankings system in place for the division. Top of the rankings is number one contender, if they lose their title opportunity they drop down the rankings and have to fight back up to the top by winning matches against people above them. And then that way every match could mean something, even if it is just moving up a place in the overall rankings.
The random tag matches on Raw just do nothing for its credibility.

A cruiserweight division return was always doomed. They did it because it was something that we whined about on the Internet for years without really thinking through, but it was never going to be a big hit once they actually did it. Wrestlers doing backflips and dives isn't as big a novelty nowadays as it was in WCW in the nineties, when Hulk Hogan and The Giant were lumbering around in the main events. The cruiserweights aren't doing a lot that we don't already see from Styles, Rollins, Zayn etc. That's why we post "push the cruisers" online, then go to a show and have more interest in a beach ball than a decent cruiserweight match.
Beyond that, it's pretty much the standard WWE "just do the same matches a million times" writing. The Neville/TJP alliance is vaguely interesting, but not as interesting as it should be.
