If they're that poor then buying wrestling figures should be the last of the worries....I would think things like food & other essentials would come first but that would probably make too much sense.

So in my area (Suburban Chicago) I have been hunting for E49. After going to 3 Walmarts after work, I finally get to the 4th Walmart and walking down the isle I spot Enzo and got excited. But as I got to the section and went to grab it, here's what I saw.. This has been a huge problem at retail for me. It also bugs me when I bring this up to management and they don't do a single thing about it. It's really disappointing because I can't see children doing this, and it's pathetic that a grown adult would swap figures. If you can't afford to buy, simply don't buy. Don't ruin it for someone else who's willing to spend their hard earned money. The reason this happens and nothing is done is because these lousy corporations allow the customers to do anything they want to and are to worried to tell someone NO! In fear of offending them instead of doing what's right ! It's really sad in all aspects

It's really sad in all aspects well the person returning it could just say "it was like this when i bought it, i didn't know it was a swap" which actually happened to me with an Elite Swagger it took me like 10 minutes to explain to the lady what the problem was and i bet she put it back on the shelf haha

Things like this make me wish I worked at a retail store again. I would love to check each one right in front of them and then call them on their s**t.

I get that its wrong...and ive never done it...but there is way worse stuff going on to be getting as worked up as some of you are.
Its just another shitty aspect of the world we live in that we cant change. Im pretty oissed that the warriors arent looking for a 5'10 point guard with a decent shot and below average ball skills, that im not bangin aj lee, and that caitlyn jenner is a 4 time raw womens champion. But i cant change it.

Stores like Wal Mart caters to the customer, so if an associate in customer service called that customer out, the associate could get in trouble with the manager for accusing the customer of stealing without any evidence. Thats why Walmart employees are so miserable, some customers take advantage of that knowing the manager will side with them and make the associate look like a jackass.

I had something similar happen when e24 was hitting and Ziggler had the world heavyweight championship.
There was one that had the belt stolen. I let it go and on my next trip I took it to an employee and explained what had happened. What do I see on my next trip back? The very same Ziggler on the pegs. Since then I've just let them stay like they are because it's a hopeless cause telling anyone at the store.

These aren't even clever. The lazy store who accepted clearly destroyed packaging is just as much at fault. And I don't wanna hear store employees don't know about wrestling, these packages are obviously wrecked

The point is people are talking like someone was actually hurt by this crap. It sucks, but really, it just isnt that serious.

One of the walmarts I go to has the bab 3 pack with half the box destroyed. Inside is the actual lex, basic macho with the pink tights, and the neon green surfer sting. What makes it worse is, its only one of two they have out

I remember a long time ago, there was a Flex Force Undertaker repacked in one of his Defining Moments figure boxes. Thankfully, I already had the DM Taker that they repacked. It was hilarious too, because the FF Taker that was in there was all scuffed up and dirty looking.

Of course there are worse things that can happen. But again this forum is to address stuff like this, which in our community is serious. And in terms of hurt? Little kids feelings? Possibly getting something they've always wanted just to cheaped out with a swapped figure.
