Does any know why Sato left The Orient Express? and the masked guy ever revealed?

I'm not sure what happened to Sato after SSeries 90. My guess would be his contract expired and he chose not to renew. He did come back however for a cameo at SSlam 93 and as the manager briefly for Hakushi in 95.
Kato the masked man was never revealed. When the team ended after Royal Rumble 92, Kato stayed around for a little while longer mainly as a jobber before becoming Max Moon in the fall.

When Akio Sato decided to leave the US wrestling scene in the latter days of 1990, the WWF decided to reunite the team known as Badd Company, only this time with Paul Diamond wearing a mask to conceal his ethnicity and using the name Kato.

What @classicfan2 said. Tanaka and Diamond already had chemistry as a tag team but they couldn't bring him into the Orient Express as Paul Diamond so they put a mask on him and called him Kato. I was just talking to a friend the other day about this. The conversation transitioned to the wrestling tag team after the trailer for Murder on the Orient Express was released. I remember at the time having no clue and never suspecting that Kato was a white guy. And how today there is no way they could get away with it. They would be criticized heavily for whitewashing. And a smart crowd will chant "Paul Diamond" every single time.

I miss interpreted the question the OP asked. I thought he was asking if Kato ever got unmasked on TV lol but yes @classicfan2 is correct.
