Razor Ramon is at the King's Court to talk about his loss at In Your House to the Undertaker. He says out of all the people, Taker deserved the win, but didn't deserve to lose the title shortly thereafter. He blames Dean Douglas for it and says that the so-called Commissioner should be fired for his obvious bias. The British Bulldog (w/Cornette) def. Marty Jannetty via pinfall
Bertha Faye (c) def. Kyoko Inoue via pinfall to retain the WWF Women's Championship
Skip (w/Sunny) def. Henry O. Godwinn via pinfall
 Ahmed Johnson def. Bret "the Hitman" Hart via DQ.  Ahmed Johnson makes his RAW debut with a huge win even with DQ. The Hitman put all the stops with Johnson, but Johnson managed to overpower him. Bret tried to put in the sharpshooter, but Johnson wouldn't let him on three occasions. Out of frustration Bret slammed a steel chair over Johnson's back for the DQ. SURVIVOR SERIES REPORT:

Shawn Michaels music hits to start of RAW as he makes his way to the ring. Shawn still looks a bit beaten up, but now has a smile on his face as he enters the ring for the King's Court.  Lawler: Shawn last week on Superstars, Diesel who looks furious since he lost the WWF Championship in what is perhaps one of the shortest reigns in WWF history, blames you for losing the title. Diesel says he prepared a match with you and wasn't ready for a guy like Sid. In fact Diesel has already assembled a team for the Survivor Series hoping you'd accept a challenge. Diesel has the British Bulldog, Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Goldust on his side! What is your response? Shawn: You know these past few weeks have been hard on me. After being beaten up by nine marines, after losing the WWF Championship that meant the world to me, there is one thing I didn't lose. And that's the fans out here because hey Bret, you're wrong. You turned your back on the fans, I didn't and they're still here for me. As for Big Daddy Cool Diesel ha, I may not be 100%, but I've gotten my clearance to wrestle. Lawler: What! You did!
Shawn: That's right the Heartbreak Kid wants one last piece of you Diesel. If you had beaten me for the title I would've taken it. I would've accepted it unlike Bret ha. But you Diesel you won only because I was forced to give up the title.
Lawler: Speaking of Championships, what about Sycho Sid, I mean he's the champ now! Shawn: And I wish him the best of luck against Bret the Hitman Hart. Bret may be who he is now, but he's not a flash in the pan if you know what I mean. But at the Survivor Series King, the Heartbreak Kid has his own team to watch his back. I may not be 100%, but they sure as heck are! And I'm talking about (they walk out) Ahmed Johnson, the man who beat Bret Hart (Lawler shouts it was a DQ), doesn't matter King, the 1-2-3 Kid who I consider the luckiest kid on the planet and the big man, Bam Bam Bigelow. So Diesel we're more than ready. Ahmed, Kid and Bam Bam say a few words to hype the Survivor Match. Ahmed is in the ring as the rest leave for his match.The British Bulldog fought Ahmed Johnson to a Double DQ.

He shouts at Dean who leaves the ring as Yokozuna is troubled by it. Cornette explains to Yoko as to what is going on. Yoko goes after Jarrett as Jarrett begs for his life. The ref doesn't look as Jarrett lands a lowblow to Yoko! Yoko shouts and Lawler says the whole world heard that one. Yoko falls as Jeff pins him for the win!  Winner: Jeff Jarrett via pinfall to become the NEW WWF Intercontinental ChampionJeff celebrates his big win as Mr. Perfect hands over the IC title to him. Vince says that was a big cheap shot and he's surprised that Dean Douglas is not saying anything about it as Jeff clearly cheated. Vince also says it's a tragedy as Jeff broke Undertaker's eye and Lawler says he just broke Yokozuna for good. Cornette complains to Dean, but Dean doesn't listen and leaves the ring. ________________________________________ SURVIVOR MATCH:

 The match goes on for 25 minutes as Bret tries to sell Sid as a strong champ. Sid even breaks the Sharpshooter during the match, a second time during their feud and the only one who could do it . It gets fast paced late in the match as Sid and Bret brawl it out to the outside. Bret becomes ruthless and starts to use a steel chair slaming it over Sid several times on the outside. The referee threatens to stop the match.  Suddenly from the back, a familiar face to Wrestling fans has barbed wire over his wrist/hand wrappings walks out. It's CACTUS JACK and true fans go wild. Lawler goes nuts and talks about a "Death Match" he saw in Japan. Bret tosses Sid into the ring till Cactus Jack knocks down Bret with the barbed wire! A huge bump to the Hitman. Cactus Jack tosses in Bret who is bleeding rapidly and Vince apologizes for what just happened. Sid is exhausted but notices Bret struggling only to land the powerbomb for the pin and win.
Winner: Sycho Sid via pinfall to retain the WWF Heavyweight Championship.  Cactus Jack walks to the back as Sid celebrates his win. |

Bret Hart Shoot Interview in 2016
Interviewer: Survivor Series '95 let's talk about that I mean no one thought that Cactus Jack would make an appearance in the WWF and many expected you to win back the WWF Championship. Hart: That was always the plan. Well the thing is I put Shawn over at Wrestlemania 11. I didn't think he was ready I admit, but I did it believing he'd put me over at Wrestlemania 12. Shawn was supposed to have a one year run, but that incident at Syracuse screwed things up and Vince was furious about it so he had no choice but to put the title on Sid so he could drop it to me, because that would sell more than say me and Kevin Nash (Diesel), which no one wanted to see. Interviewer: But you didn't get the title. Hart: I didn't understand it at first, I mean my heel character turn was big in the WWF. I was still drawing more than anyone else even as a heel. I only agreed to the heel turn so that Owen could get a push and at the same time I wanted to be a "Hitman", just someone who was ruthless. Vince wanted family friendly, I wanted old school blood. We had our issues there and well put it this way, Shawn didn't want to put me over ever. Interviewer: So it was because of Shawn you didn't win that night? Hart: Ya...I was supposed to win the title that night and it was going to be me and Shawn at WM12. That was the plan. Instead I find out that I was going to lose the match. Vince made an excuse saying that if I want bloody and violent, that I should stick to that and he was signing on Mick Foley (Cactus Jack) and I was going to work a program with him. I understood what was going on, I mean loved working with Foley, the story was brilliant, but Shawn was the reason behind it all. |

I've only started reading this at survivor series. Will try and catch up over the next few days. On the surface seems in keeping with the time. What a great concept though having the shoot interview with Bret, giving a back story on the behind the scenes goings - on.
As I say I'll give the whole diary a read and look forward to the Bret Cactus feud developing

Hosts: Vince McMahon and Jerry "the King" Lawler Goldust makes a strange promo in the back at the beginning of RAW about the Undertaker and how he wishes he'll return soon wishing him the best.

Shawn Michaels vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley ended in a No Contest.
 Hunter got in the pedigree as soon as the match began to try to finish it off early, but Michaels had his foot over the ropes. Later in the match as Shawn was gaining momentum, he clotheslines Hunter to the outside and suddenly collapses (kayfabe) in the middle of the ring. The referee including Vince and even Lawler get in the ring all concerned as EMT's arrive to check on Shawn. Shawn is taken away in an ambulance as RAW goes off the air. |

Shawn Michaels' collapse from last week on RAW is highlighted at the start of RAW.  Vince: Folks we would like to apologize for what happened last week on Monday Night RAW. Former WWF Heavyweight Champion Shawn Michaels collapsed suddenly during his match. Shawn Michaels was jumped by nine Marines last month in Syracuse and although he was temporarily cleared to compete, the match at Survivor Series was way too soon and the pedigree he received from Hunter Hearst Helmsley was more than enough for Shawn's sudden collapse. Shawn was immediately hospitalized and was in critical condition. However Michaels has seen some improvement over the past few days and we aren't sure whether we will see him in the ring again, but our hopes and prayers are with Shawn Michaels and his family. WWF Champion Sycho Sid comes to the ring and dedicates his next match to Michaels. Sycho Sid (c) def. Hunter Hearst Helmsley via pinfall to retain the WWF Heavyweight Championship.  It was more of a squash match as Sid pounds on Hunter to the point that he blames him for what happened to Michaels. Sid powerbombs Hunter on the Spanish announce table and tosses him in the ring for the pinfall. Ahmed Johnson def. Rad Radford via pinfall.
Alundra Blayze (c) def. Aja Kong via pinfall to retain the WWF Women's ChampionshipBret Hart makes his way out to the ring all patched up from stitches. He has a mic and starts to rant.  Bret: Once again I was screwed out of the WWF Championship. First all you fans screwed me over when you turned on me for that earring-wearing boy toy (Vince says that was in bad taste, and Lawler says he agrees but it's still funny). And now Cactus Jack? What did I ever do to you huh? What did I do to you I'm calling you out you hear? Let's settle this like men here tonight on RAW. (Jack doesn't show up)...come on...what is this bull$hit, I'm sick of everything. I'm sick of that stupid Gorilla (Monsoon) who should've reversed the decision at Survivor Series and has had it for me since he became interim President. Is that why you brought him Gorilla? You know I am the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. But guess what Gorilla, if this is your way of trying to get rid of me, it's not going to be easy. I'll never quit, I'll never surrender and Cactus Jack you punk, I'm issuing out a challenge, anywhere, anytime, any rules I'm outta here. |

Monday Night RAW
December 4th, 1995
Hosts: Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler In Your House 5: Seasons Beatings is announced for December 17th. Vince says the main event will be Sycho Sid defending the WWF Championship against Diesel in a Lumberjack Match.  Cactus Jack makes is way out with a barbed wire bat. Lawler says how convenient it is that Bret Hart is off tonight and the lunatic shows up. Cactus is being interviewed by Jim Ross (who was responsible in real life for being brought in). Jim Ross hypes up Jack's career and the infamous "Death Match" in Japan that caught the WWF's attention. Jim Ross asks why he interfered in a title match. Jack: You can call me by any name you'd like, a lunatic, a maniac, crazy, whatever it is Bret "the Hitman" Hart was my childhood hero (Lawler says What!). I remember watching him wrestle back in Canada (kayfabe), I was a 16 year old kid and I may not look as athletic as say Sycho Sid or Ahmed Johnson, but I dreamed of being a wrestler ever since I saw the Hitman and Bad News Allen going at it with kendo sticks and their Ladder Match who should forget that. The Hitman was hardcore before that word was ever used. Jim Ross: Are you suggesting you came back to challenge your hero? Jack: But there is a difference between a hero and a coward. You see Bret influenced me, inspired me to be the man I am today. Sure I may not be a technical wrestler like he is, but I fought around the world and in Japan. But it was in Japan when I watched Bret cry about Shawn Michaels. It was in Japan when I saw Bret whine constantly about how life's screwed him over, but guess what you screwed yourself over by turning on the fans.  Suddenly the Hitman makes his way out and Lawler says "He was off tonight!".  Gorilla Monsoon was already down the aisle and he stops the Hitman. Bret Hart shouts at Gorilla to move out of his way, but Gorilla screams that he's had enough of Bret. Bret shoves Gorilla aside and Gorilla calls security who take Bret away as Cactus Jack watches in shame. After a commercial break... Cactus Jack def. Henry O. Godwinn via pinfall. Vince is impressed by his ability and Lawler says "I told you so McMahon!". Jack lands the Hipbuster from the apron to the outside and land sthe Double underhook DDT for the pin and win. Jeff Jarrett (c) (w/The Roadie) def. Sparky Plugg via pinfall to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship.Fatu def. The Brooklyn Brawler via pinfall.
Razor Ramon def. The British Bulldog via pinfall. Commissioner Dean Douglas walks out and reverses the decision giving British Bulldog the DQ victory as Razor slammed Bulldog over the ringpost on the outside. British Bulldog def. Razor Ramon via DQ. Razor gets pissed and goes after the Dean who runs off. Before RAW goes off the air, Vince says that Gorilla Monsoon has suspended Bret "the Hitman" Hart.

IN YOUR HOUSE 5 REPORT:Todd: What an In Your House this will be and folks Shawn Michaels will be talking to us during the PPV live via satellite regarding the future of his career in the WWF. Marty Jannetty vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley in Singles competition. Marty like Sid, blames HHH for hurting Shawn Michaels and possibly ending his career.
Yokozuna (w/Cornette & Fuji) vs. Fatu in Singles competition. This has been a feud that started prior to Survivor Series.
Cactus Jack vs. Hakushi in a Taped Fist Match. This was put together on Superstars when Hakushi attacked Cactus Jack during his match with the Nature Boy Buddy Landel and the WWF played it off as a feud that started in Japan.

In Your House 5: Seasons Beatings
December 17th, 1995
Hersheypark Arena, Pennsylvania
Hosts: Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross Goldust does a vignette to start off the show and is at home for Christmas. There is a Christmas tree, lights, stockings and Hollywood memorablia. One of the stockings apparently is for the Undertaker. Goldust talks about the holiday season and does a "strange" toast to the Undertaker. He is "praying" for his return to the WWF. Hunter Hearst Helmsley def. Marty Jannetty via pinfall. HHH gets in the pedigree for the win. Helmsley in a pre-match promo says he did in fact end Shawn Michaels career and will end Marty Jannetty's tonight. Yokozuna (w/Cornette & Fuji) def. Fatu via pinfall. Yokozuna managed to beat Fatu (aka. Rikishi) landing a bonzai drop for the finish. _______________________________________ Cactus Jack vs. Hakushi in a Taped Fist Match Both competitors have their fists taped up well. Hakushi however CHEATS by using glue for his taped fists filled with crushed "glass" (using sugar glass). Hakushi hides his fists first using his legs early on in the match. But later he starts using it on Jack and he feels it badly. Hakushi continues the assault as Cactus Jack is now bleeding. The referee starts to wonder what is going on, though the camera caught the "glass" being used. Cactus Jack however manages to land a desperate DDT from the top rope. Jack starts to assault Hakushi with his fists as Hakushi isn't able to fight back and the referee ends the match via decision. Winner: Cactus Jack via decision._______________________________________ The Smoking Gunns def. The Dynamic Duo (w/Cornette) (c) to become the NEW three-time WWF Tag Team Champions. A strong double team on Unabomb (aka. Kane) resulted in a pinfall victory.  _______________________________________  Shawn Michaels does an interview with Todd Pettengil. Todd asks Shawn about his future and Shawn says he's uncertain. He's in recovery and has strict orders to rest at home. Shawn always wanted to be the WWF Champion and is greatful for having a chance to win the title at Wrestlemania XI. He wishes Sycho Sid success tonight at In Your House. Todd wonders once again if will he ever return and Shawn says maybe, but if he does he'll surprise the world. But if he doesn't, he says tearfully that he thanks the fans from the around the world for the love and support over the years and whether you love him or hate him, the fans made him a happy man. _______________________________________ Razor Ramon vs. Commissioner Dean Douglas in a Grudge Match with Mr. Perfect as Special Guest Referee. Razor Ramon manages get in the Razor's Edge late in the match, but Douglas rolls to the outside from the impact. Razor goes after him and uses the camera's cables to choke him out, but he manages to slam Razor to the apron and gets back in the ring. He forces Perfect to end the match. Perfect hesitates, but Douglas forces him to do so (because of the use of a cable) and the bell rings. Winner: Commissioner Dean Douglas via DQ. Douglas begins to leave, but Gorilla Monsoon makes his way out and grabs a hold of Douglas forcing him back in the ring to restart the match. Razor quickly lands a few punches and the Razor's Edge for the pin and win.
Winner: Razor Ramon via pinfall. Douglas is out and shouts at Gorilla as Gorilla grabs a hold of Douglas's hair and drags him to the back! Gorilla FIRES the WWF Commissioner!_______________________________________ Jeff Jarrett (c) (w/The Roadie) vs. Ahmed Johnson for the WWF Intercontinental Championship.  Ahmed Johnson completely dominates the match even as the Roadie tries to interfere, however Johnson manages to knock him down and tosses him over the railings for some "fans" to beat him up. Jarrett however grabs his guitar and smashes it over Ahmed's back on the outside! The ref was distracted from the fans beating up the Roadie. Jarrett awaits, but the lights go off...  The Undertaker with a mask appears behind Jarret for Jeff to recieve a chokeslam! Ahmed gets back in to land the Pearl River Pluge finisher for the win. Winner: Ahmed Johnson via pinfall to become the NEW WWF Intercontinental Champion  _______________________________________ Sycho Sid (c) vs. Diesel in a Lumberjack for the WWF Heavyweight Championship
 This was close to their original Lumberjack match. Wouldn't change much here, but Diesel gets in the powerbomb for Sid to kick out. Diesel goes for a second powerbomb for the pin again, but some babyface lumberjacks drags him to the outside and beat him up! Sid however doesn't want to win this way and jumps from the apron to the lumberjacks bringing down ten guys! Sid tosses Diesel back in and lands the big boot, leg drop and powerbomb for the win. Winner: Sycho Sid via pinfall to retain the WWF Heavyweight Championship.

- Where is Steve Austin? I would have expected Austin to make his debut considering in 1995 Austin made his WWF debut in real life and not to mention Austin when he first debuted he debuted as The Ringmaster before he made his gimmick change into Stone Cold
- Not to mention you brought in Foley as Cactus Jack especially when in real life he first made his WWF debut as Mankind before he ever debuted his other 2 faces of Cactus and Dude Love
- Considering it is almost 1996 in your diary I would have expected certain people in your diary to be gone from the WWF especially by now people like Blayze, Luger, Tatanka, IRS, all the old guard and all the new guard of Attitude Era superstars making their way in by 1996 same goes for The Man They Call Vader

- Where is Steve Austin? I would have expected Austin to make his debut considering in 1995 Austin made his WWF debut in real life and not to mention Austin when he first debuted he debuted as The Ringmaster before he made his gimmick change into Stone Cold - Not to mention you brought in Foley as Cactus Jack especially when in real life he first made his WWF debut as Mankind before he ever debuted his other 2 faces of Cactus and Dude Love - Considering it is almost 1996 in your diary I would have expected certain people in your diary to be gone from the WWF especially by now people like Blayze, Luger, Tatanka, IRS, all the old guard and all the new guard of Attitude Era superstars making their way in by 1996 same goes for The Man They Call Vader Not everything is going to happen exactly as it did in this diary, so much is different already. I've already imagined Austin here as he came with Buddy Landel, but they both haven't debuted on RAW yet, but they will. Luger was already gone I mentioned this before. Blayze showed up on Nitro on December 18th so just about there. Yes Cactus Jack, but he could've joined around this time. I try to think ahead, to make sense of things and even take things from a financial point of view. |

It's okay to use Austin in a little bit early, But i think Cactus Jack should've been the first face to go in the WWF for a while, A Cactus/Bret feud is good, But can you imagine how much damage Cactus could've done in 1995 and 1996 had he been in the WWF, man. WWF would go way Hardcore for that, I wonder what Goldust's deal with The Undertaker is, I mean i could see this feud happening, the Supernatural Mind Games of The Undertaker vs the Bizarre Goldust. And speaking of the Supernatural Mind Games, The Deadman gets his payback on Jarrett for breaking his face and screwing him out of the Intercontinental Championship, Given the fact. The Undertaker never held the Intercontinental Title, it was pretty well needed in your diary, considering that he never held a championship for Four Years, but you made it happen. The Shawn concussion storyline angle, definitely was expected. I mean he defended the title against challengers. He really suffered that beating in Syracuse, Like Shawn said in his DVD "Some people like us, some people don't". Did these thugs know they were messing with the WWF Champion?. But anyway, glad that Sid has taken the place of Shawn Michaels. Sid's carried on the momentum as champion, So i'm guessing that we might see Sid vs HBK at WrestleMania 12 if it begs the question?. So anyway, i think you're still on the ball. Comment on Fall Brawl if you please!.

Ok I'm caught up now. Great diary really enjoyed it.
Your storylines and feuds flow nicely. I especially like how one feud ends at the PPV and the following night on raw new feuds start to develop.
Harts character is believable and good to see him as heel without the aid of the Hart foundation.
Like others, was starting to wonder about Steve Austin, but think it makes sense that he's not yet appeared. He wasn't a big enough name to be thrown in at the top at this point and with Helmsley and Douglas developing underneath it's better he stays out the picture just now. Also part of me would like to see how "stunning" Steve would do in this diary but get that's not quite the WWF way

Didn't even make sense and I knew back then that he was also an American so it was weird. Loved the original Hart Foundation, hated the stable in '97, felt forced and weird especially when Owen joins Bret... Wished he went heel on his own. |

Hosts: Vince McMahon and Jerry LawlerThis is a Special Edition of Monday Night RAW. Sycho Sid makes his way out with the WWF title around his waist to an interview with Vince. Vince talks about his success so far and Sid talks about how he's accomplished so much in so little time and has a tone of a babyface at first...  Sid: I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am the master and ruler of the world! Vince: Some would say that if it wasn't for Shawn Michaels, you wouldn't be the WWF Champion. Sid: What? (gets angry) I am who I am because of who I am! Vince: (gets frightened) Well what about Razor Ramon, he is now the No. 1 contender for the WWF Championship and your match is set for the Royal Rumble on January 21st. Sid: Friend or foe, this is the World Wrestling Federation and even if it hurts me doing this, I have to do it, I have no choice! Vince: Do what? Sid: Destroy Razor Ramon...because no one, not Shawn Michaels, not Diesel, not Yokozuna, nobody is going to take this title away because I am the man! Do you understand? Vince:...I do I do (leaves his desk as Sid holds his hand up high)...(gets on the mic) That was weird.
Lawler: (commentary) They don't call him Sycho for no reason McMahon! You better be careful because I have a feeling that one of these days he's going to snap! Diesel def. The 1-2-3 Kid via pinfall. Diesel looks frustrated and as Jim Ross wanted to get in an interview, he says he doesn't want to talk.
RAW BOWL Battle Royal Match for the WWF Tag Team Championships The Smoking Gunns (c) def. PG-13, Men on a Mission, Dynamic Duo, Public Enemy, Bushwhackers, Blu Brothers, and the Heavenly Bodies. Smoking Gunns retain the Tag titles. At the end of RAW, Vince announces that Gorilla Monsoon is lifting Bret Hart's suspension and Bret will be able to compete in the Royal Rumble. |

Monday Night RAW
January 8th, 1996
Hosts: Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler
 RAW opens up with the Brother Love Show with Ted Dibiase holding the Million Dollar Championship and introduces the "Ringmaster" Steve Austin. Austin makes his RAW debut (which was his real RAW debut date anyway) and he talks trash about certain WWF Superstars. But the difference here is that Austin starts to talk trash about WCW. Note: Note: There are no "Billionaire Ted" segments in this diary, but Austin is used more so as a former WCW star turned rogue (though the name WCW won't be used). Austin: I'm here to prove that I can be the best and I've got he experience (Vince on the mic says that he has yet to prove himself and already has a belt worth a Million). I'm sick of all the red and yellow trash like the Hulk Hogans, and the Macho Mans and Ric Flairs. The old men can play with themselves, but I'm here in the big leagues the WWF (Dibiase laughs) to make a mark and that I will! Jeff Jarrett (w/The Roadie) def. jobber via pinfall. A casket arrives on the scene with Jeff's name on it and he runs off through the crowd in fear.
Ahmed Johnson (c) def. The British Bulldog via pinfall to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Another big win for Johnson as Vince says that young man shows a lot of promise in the WWF. Goldust (w/Marlena) def. Aldo Montoya via pinfall. Goldust introduces Marlena as his valey and oddly carries an Undertaker mask (Phatom of the Opera style that he wears) and oddly wears it at the end of the match. Well Sid is psycho he is a lunatic so he can snap without thinking I mean that is his character he isn't a babyface or a heel he is just nuts he is a psychopath a psycho who just happens to be the champion in the WWF
But the Royal Rumble is upon us...it is a new year in 1996 which basically means we are in the year of the Monday Night Wars well I can see it starting soon which means stars like Diesel aka Nash and Razor Ramon aka Hall are going to be leaving soon and are going to be going south to WCW with new stars coming up like Bradshaw, Vader, Faarooq, Fatu, Steve Austin "Stone Cold", Marc Mero w/Sable, Mark Henry, etc. and who will ever forget the home invasion angle with Brian Pillman? Or Austin winning the 1996 King of the Ring and delivering his infamous Austin 3:16 promo which will obviously change the foundation of The New Era into the Attitude Era and then there is the rise of WCW as far as the nWo the New World Order
