Farooq lands the Dominator for the win. Farooq (Ron Simmons) makes his WWF debut here but NOT as a Gladiator. It's just simply Farooq and doesn't have a silly outfit. Jake "the Snake" Roberts def. Jerry "the King" Lawler via Countout. Jake "the Snake" Roberts makes his return since the King of the Ring in a match with Lawler who called him a drunken fool. Jake is on the mic with Jim Ross and talks about how Steve Austin insulted the Bible and that it's John 3:16. Austin has to apologize or else. Austin makes his way out with the IC title. Austin: I don't have to apologize for jack. You're a real piece of trash, you're outta shape you don't belong here in the WWF! Understand son, Stone Cold Steve Austin answers to nobody. You got that snake of yours called Revelations, when let me give you a revelation of my own... Stunner on Jake Roberts! Austin gives him the finger and leaves with the IC title. Marc Mero (w/Sable) def. the Goon via pinfall. After the match, Goldust does a promo in the back saying: Goldust: Marc Mero...Sable...our generation is fortunate of experiencing sensual desires and ecstacy...You're a couple, we're a couple...(inhales) think about it...the luscious Marlena, the sensational Sable (inhales), imagine the possibilities....(Marlena smokes out)

Love this Mero/Goldust feud especially with their women being involved too that being Sable and Marlena...but I wonder if it ends up being a Mixed Gender Tag Team Match?
I see it being Roberts/Austin for the WWF IC Title at SummerSlam
Vader/Taker for the WWF Championship at SummerSlam in the main event I think that that is pretty great
Faarooq making his debut how long before his stable of The Nation of Domination is born? How long before we see The Nation? Clarence Mason, JC Ice and Wolfie D joining but I wonder who else will join?

Bret coughs and can barely speak saying he's still recovering from whatever chemical it was that Mankind used against him. He says he can't blame Mankind. He says he's sorry to all the fans out there. Bret doesn't know when he'll be back, but that he'll do whatever it takes to come back to the WWF. Suddenly someone with flowers shows up. It's MANKIND who drops the flowers and jumps Bret with the mandible claw! Jim Ross shouts for help, and Owen Hart who was visiting his brother jumps Mankind and they start brawling. Mankind manages to run away in time. ________________________________ Davey Boy Smith (w/Cornette) def. Henry O.Godwinn via pinfall

This has set up a Four-way Elimination match for SummerSlam. __________________________________________________ 11-Man Battle Royal (A regular but odd-numbered Battle Royal match that actually happened on this date)The Battle Royal was made to push the SummerSlam card, but also give one man a bigger heel push. The participants were: Sycho Sid, Goldust, Marc Mero, Mankind, Owen Hart, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Justin Bradshaw, Farooq, Savio Vega, and Vader.Mankind and Owen were both eliminated early on, but they started to brawl into the crowd. Owen is more ruthless than ever, using the environment to his advantage to punish Mankind. Mankind runs away from Owen. Sid eliminates Shawn, but Shawn illegally gets back in and with the help of Taker eliminates Sid. Shawn runs to the back from Sid's wrath. Mero doesn't care about the stipulations and wants Goldust to know that as when he wins, he won't even come near him and Marlena even though Goldust knows Mero and Sable's dark secret, that they are swingers in "real life". Mero and Goldust fight out out, but are eliminated by Taker. Taker and Vader pound each other, but surprisingly Farooq manages to clothesline them both over at the same time. They still brawl it out on the outside. The final two are Farooq and Savio Vega. Vega tries to bring down Farooq, but Farooq gorilla presses Vega to the outside. Winner: FarooqVega jumps back in and brawls with Farooq, but Farooq overpowers him and powerslams him to end RAW.

Well, I have to admit, there's been more going on than I like to admit, you gave the WWF Title to The Undertaker, I mean that is a nice touch because of Sid defying authority and beating up an elderly old man like Jose Lothario at WrestleMania 12. Glad you still kept the Austin 3:16 thing as well. I also have to admit too, a complete transformation with Cactus Jack into Mankind and what a name Mankind made for himself by putting the former WWF Champion Bret Hart out of commission. I mean Mankind is a force to be reckoned with, who can stop Mankind?. But speaking of Stone Cold, the night after winning King of The Ring. He takes the Intercontinental Championship as well. What a dominant 1996 Austin has had. Overall, your diary is still going well. Mind Games Card is up if you wanna look?.

SummerSlam August 18th, 1996 Gund Arena, Cleveland, Ohio Hosts: Vince McMahon, Jim Ross and Jerry LawlerFREE FOR ALL: It was a "Bikini Bash", but instaed of WWF Superstars like the original other than Sable, Sunny and Marlena it had several models hired by the WWF. Sable and Marlena got into a heated arguement and Sunny stopped them. Farooq def. Savio Vega via pinfall with a spinbuster and the Dominator finisher. Four-way Elimination Match: The Godwinns def. The Bodydonnas (c) (w/Sunny) and The New Rockers and The Smoking Gunns to become the NEW WWF Tag Team Champions. Their first Championship win, the first to go were the New Rockers, followed by the Bodydonnas and the Smoking Gunns. Sunny later came out and showed off her bikini to much distraction at ringside and sides with the Godwinns. Owen Hart def. Mankind via DQ.
President Perfect was out for the match to ensure everything goes smoothly. Owen was at his best here in his career, and it was an old-fashion fight. Owen went for the sharpshooter, but Mankind reverses it turning Owen around and getting in the mandible claw. However something started to come out of the "sock" Mankind had on as the referee quickly called for the bell and Mankind let go noticing Perfect was there. Owen chokes it out, but makes it to the back with a WWF Official helping him out. Marc Mero (w/Sable) def. Goldust (w/Marlena) via pinfall in a "Swingers" Match. Mero gets in a moonsault from the top rope for the pin and win. Mero gets on the mic and tells Goldust he wants nothing to do with her and Marlena and let's them free. However Sable decides to go with Marlena to the back! Mero runs after them leaving Goldust behind and is upset as Sable makes the excuse that "it'll be fun" and it would "spice up their relationship". Mero wants nothing to do with it. Stone Cold Steve Austin (c) def. Jake "the Snake" Roberts via pinfall to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship with the Stone Cold Stunner finisher done twice on Jake. This marks the last match in Jake's WWF career in the 90s. Austin is first called a "Rattlesnake" here in this match by Jim Ross. Shawn Michaels (w/Jose Lothario) def. Sycho Sid via pinfall in a NO HOLDS BARRED Match. Not as hardcore as Bret vs. Cactus Jack at Wrestlemania, more so a wrestling match despite having No DQ or No CO. The two went at it passed the twenty minute mark for Sid to knock down a referee during the match when he couldn't pin Shawn. Sid powerbombs Shawn thereafter. Sid throws Jose into the ring despite warnings by President Perfect for Jose not to be at ringside. Sid sets Jose into the powerbomb position, but Shawn kip-ups, hits the sweet chin music and pins Sid. A long feud now comes to an end. Vader (w/Cornette) def. The Undertaker (c) (w/Paul) to become the NEW WWF Heavyweight Champion. Vader pounds Taker early on in the match. Taker does what he does best, though he no-sells at times, getting in an old-school and big clothesline from the top rope early on. However Vader triumphs when late in the match he tires out Taker and lands two avalanches, multiple punches and two belly-to-belly suplexes. Vader manages to clothesline Paul Bearer and EMPTIES the urn. In the end Vader lands a moonsault from the top rope, but decides to do a SECOND moonsault from the top for the pin and win. Vader celebrates his championship win with Cornette in the ring.

Vader has virtually been unstoppable since coming to the WWF in your diary and it culminates in him becoming the new WWF Champion and with Cornette right by his side I mean who can stop Vader? I mean Vader at this point he is like the Brock Lesnar to Cornette's Heyman if that makes any sense I mean there are definitely similarities there even you can see that but Vader I mean he obviously was not afraid hell he took it right to Taker hell this match was back and forth until the urn came into play and Vader actually emptied the urn the first time that I think that has ever happened to Taker
Austin is now dubbed The Rattlesnake after beating Jake the Snake Roberts in order to retain his WWF Intercontinental Championship...I mean after that it begs the question of where Austin 3:16 goes from here?
Now that Michaels has beaten Sycho Sid it begs the question of where Michaels goes from here
Mankind losing his match to Owen all be it by DQ I mean Mankind obviously didn't want to win this match he wanted to make a statement to Bret and he more or less did by sticking the Mandible Claw on Bret's brother Owen and not letting go until whatever came out of that sock came out...Mankind is out of control but I love it

Monday Night RAW August 19th, 1996 Hosts: Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler and Kevin KellyPost-SummerSlam Clip:Paul Bearer is in the back after SummerSlam goes off air and smashes the empty urn to the ground as Dok Hendrix tries to get an interview with him. Dok: I'm a little surprised by this you seem to be really angry. Paul: Angry doesn't even describe how I'm feeling right now! Finally after all these years I'm done with the Undertaker! Dok: What! Are you saying... Paul: I've had it up to here with carrying his carcass around for all this time! A beaten up Undertaker walks in.Paul: I'm disappointed in you! You couldn't hold on to the WWF Championship I'm done with you! (Taker looks angry) Suddenly out of nowhere, Mankind jumps the Undertaker with the mandible claw! WWF Officials finally break it as Taker lays still. ______________________________ Cornette introduces the new WWF Champion, Vader. Cornette says finally he has a champion as part of Camp Cornette and that Vader will dominate the WWF for years to come. Vader (c) (w/Cornette) def. Savio Vega via pinfall to retain the WWF Championship. Goldust (w/Marlena) def. jobber via pinfall
______________________________ Ahmed Johnson returns to the WWF and gets on the mic angry. He says that he's still heeling after suffering an injury at the hands of Stone Cold Steve Austin, a "white man". Johnson says that he's sick of how "black people" are treated in the WWF and why a man like him doesn't get a World title. Johnson leaves the ring to fan wonderment. Stone Cold Steve Austin (c) def. jobber via pinfall to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Jim Cornette walks out during the match with Davey Boy Smith to watch Austin and JR wonders why they're out here. Shawn Michaels (w/Jose) def. The Stalker (RAW debut though is really Barry Windham) via pinfall. Jose believes that Shawn should get a World title shot.

It seems Ahmed Johnson is turning heel so I wonder if this means his character will become a racist? If that happens I can see him joining Faarooq in the Nation of Domination
Paul Bearer turning heel on The Undertaker and aligning himself with Mankind I wonder where The Undertaker goes from here?
Vader as the WWF Champion I wonder who his next opponent will be

In Your House 10: Mind Games September 22nd, 1996 CoreStates Center, Philadelphia (sell out) Hosts: Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler and Kevin KellyFREE FOR ALL: Hunter Hearst Helmsley def. Savio Vega via pinfall Sable (w/Mero) def. Marlena (w/Goldust) in a "Mud Wrestling" Match.
A sort of pre-Attitude era style match, President Perfect made his way out as the referee of the Mud Wrestling Match. After Sable "pins" Marlena, Mero and Goldust end up helping their respective valets to fight each other in the mud pit. Sycho Sid def. Mark Henry via pinfall with a powerslam and leg drop. - Shawn Michaels may have won this match on a DQ but titles don't change hands on a DQ therefore Vader is still WWF Champion which means Michaels he basically lost his shot at the title I mean Vader he may have technically lost the match on a DQ but WWF rules state titles can't change hands on a DQ or on a countout so Vader obviously knew what he was doing by getting himself intentionally DQed on purpose
- Taker beating Mankind...he did it without Paul Bearer in his corner or even did it without the power of the urn which basically means Taker is ready to be on his own he is ready to be completely alone with no manager or no guiding light guiding him which could only guarantee Taker more success
- Faarooq I don't know why you would put him with Ahmed Johnson especially considering him and Ahmed were rivals hell they were enemies so why would you make Ahmed a Nation member? I don't understand that at all but I am glad that you brought in Clarence Mason so they reach out to Mark Henry I wonder if Henry will join The Nation?
- Sycho Sid I mean he is a psycho he is WWF's resident lunatic and he beats Mark Henry I mean after that win I wonder if Sid if he won't do anything more sociopathic or psychopathic? I mean Sid ever since he lost the WWF Championship ever since he was stripped of it he hasn't become more psycho and I would think that that would have made him even more of a deranged lunatic unless Sid one of these days he is just bound to snap for no reason?
- Austin beating the British Bulldog...to retain his WWF Intercontinental Championship I mean Austin in 1996 he was a borderline heel but yet he is a tweener I mean he didn't even turn babyface until 97 in real life so I wonder if after that victory what is next for Austin? I mean he has given people Stone Cold Stunners left and right I mean he gave it to Bulldog and Cornette so I wonder if Austin will give JR Jim Ross the Stunner or give Mr. Perfect the WWF President a Stunner? Or if he will give it to Vince or Lawler? I mean no one is safe from The Rattlesnake and that is what I love...Austin being the anti-authority the anti-hero who does what he wants when he wants to whoever he wants basically spitting in the face of authority

Next PPV being WWF In Your House 11 I mean it is in October but then again after that is WWF Survivor Series 1996 so with that being said I wonder if The Undertaker will get his rematch for the WWF Championship? I mean Taker was the champion and he lost the title never got his rematch for the title that he lost so he is entitled to a rematch isn't he not?

I don't understand that at all but I am glad that you brought in Clarence Mason so they reach out to Mark Henry I wonder if Henry will join The Nation? Actually Ahmed Johnson did join the Nation in 97 and was setup to feud with Taker, but he was injured a second time and so the WWF turned him face again. I know they were enemies as a start, but that was with the stupid gladiator gimmick for Faarooq partnering him up with Sunny. Didn't like the feud, here it works out with Faarooq as the rookie, and Ahmed Johnson turning heel after losing the IC title and having a good run with it.

Kevin announces that In Your House 11, Mankind with Paul Bearer has issued out a challenge to the Undertaker in a rematch. But this time, Taker has made his own stipulation; a Buried Alive match. Phineas I.Godwinn via pinfall to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship. JR gets in the ring to interview Austin. Austin says that he's proven that without a shadow of doubt that he's going places and that he is the greatest IC Champion in history. JR says he won't because he's just stating facts and that Austin may be the IC Champion, but he's got more contenders up for his title. Austin laughs and shockingly stuns JR! As Austin is talking trash to JR, Mark Henry with Mason runs out and attacks Austin from behind. Henry pounds on Austin as Mason gets on the mic saying that Austin deserves it for the redneck he is and for assaulting a WWF Official like JR. RAW Rematch: Big Titan def.
