I have bodyslammed giants and men, but I couldn't do it Mean Gene. I felt a chill in my spine, it was like something was creeping up on me that night. Gene: I have no doubt that you'll try again! Hulk: Maybe I will maybe I can't do it, maybe it's Hollywood, I don't know but I'll try Mean Gene I'll try and that is what matters...that's what Hulkamania is...and tonight I'll try to take down the big man. If Bret Hart can do it, I know I can too, but if not...than I know my time is done in the WWF. Gene: Wait just a minute are you saying that you believe you're time here in the WWF could very well be over? Hulk: We'll have to see...(leaves sad) Gene: I can't believe what I'm hearing back to you Randy! Hulk Hogan vs. Yokozuna (w/Mr. Fuji) in Singles competitionYokozuna gets in the ring with Mr. Fuji. Hulk Hogan is seen in the back walking down the aisle till he meets WWF Champion Bret Hart who is heading to his locker room. They shake hands with Bret saying good luck. Hulk nods and heads on out. Hulk and Yoko and standing face to face. Mr. Fuji gets in the middle asking Hulk to try again. Hulk instead rakes Yoko's eyes and gets on the offensive, however Yoko shoves Hulk down at ease. Hulk is up and Yoko lands chops and headbutts. He whips Hulk to a corner for a big avalanche; squashing the former champion. Hulk counters later in the match with several holds, but Yoko clearly overpowers Hulk. Late in the match, Yokozuna gets in a belly-to-belly suplex and pins Hogan only for Hogan to kick out to two and start hulking-up. Yoko lands several chops, but its not enough. Hogan hits the three punch, big boot, but Yoko is wobbly. Hogan lands a clothesline and the big guy falls down. Hogan lands the leg drop for the 1...2...kickout!! Hogan is up and can't believe it. Hogan is looking to the crowd he gets to his knees and starts to look up to the heavens. Yokozuna is on his knees trying to get back up. Hogan tries to go for a bodyslam, but Yokozuna strikes him down. Yokozuna bodyslams Hogan himself and hits the ropes for a legdrop of his own, only for Hogan to get out of the way. King of the Ring 1993PART 2 of 2
Heenan continues to talk about Hulk Hogan cheating his way to a win against Yokozuna; just as Bret did at Wrestlemania. Randy says he agrees that Hogan did use his legs, but Jim Ross says that a ref's decision is final. KOTR Finals: Mr. Perfect vs. The "Narcissist" Lex Luger Mr. Perfect makes his way out, but is hurt from Diesel's beatdown earlir on. He struggles to get into the ring and finally does. Luger gets into the ring looking like a fresh man. They grapple and the match is similar to the original WMIX confrontation. However late in the match, Perfect goes for the perfectplex, but Luger uses his steel-plated elbow to strike his gut three times, hits the ropes for lands his elbow finisher for the pin and win. Winner: The Narcissist Lex Luger and the NEW King of the Ring
Heenan runs to the ring to congratulate Lex Luger. Luger heads towards the stage throne and Heenan has the honour to crown him with the crown, scepter and robe to much heat. _____________________ Bret Hart with Mean Gene: Gene: Bret Hart we have just seen a new King of the Ring, a title once held by you. Bret: It's unfortunate that Mr. Perfect couldn't get in the win, I was rooting for him to win, but we all saw what Shawn Michaels and Diesel did to him earlier. Still he showed he had guts and as for you Lex Luger, what a cheap way to the King of the Ring. I had no steel-plated armor to beat down on guys because I did that with my fist. You've disgraced the King of the Ring name. Sure I was a King of the Ring winner in the past, but that's in the past, this is the present. I am the World Wrestling Federation Champion now, at the top of the ladder. Gene: That ladder could come crashing down as Bam Bam Bigelow is your biggest challenge yet. Bret: That's true he's a tough guy he beat the undefeated Tatanka, but the truth is is that he's just another bully to take down because he's going to face the Hitman... Suddenly Bam Bam from behind attacks the Hitman! He grabs a rod and smashes Bret's ankle! (Bret suffered a legit injury the night before). Bam Bam drags Bret to the arena. Bret "the Hitman" Hart (c) vs. Bam Bam Bigelow (w/Luna Vachon) for the WWF World Heavyweight ChampionshipBam Bam tosses Bret down the aisle as Luna follows them from behind. JR says this is unorthordox for such a match to start in such a way. Bret struggles to get to the ring as the bell rings. Bam Bam tosses him in and he lands several blows on Bret. He hits the ropes for a flying headbutt for the pin to two. Bigelow whips Bret to the corner, Bret starts firing back, but is met with headbutts. Bigelow suplexes Bret and Bret rolls on to the outside. Bret is back in as Bigelow whips him, but Bret reverses and rams him to the post. Luna grabs a chair from Jim Ross as Randy shouts at her. Bret lands a few punches as Bigelow whips him to the ropes only for Luna to smash Bret in the back with the chair. The ref kicks Luna out from ringside as Bigelow gets the advantage over Bret landing headbutts over Bret's back and in his face. He goes for the bearhug and backbreaker. Bret later counters Bigelow for a sleeperhold after Bigelow misses a senton. Bigelow struggles, but decides to fall back with Bret landing on the mat with the weight. Bigelow goes for the pin for the nearfall. Bigelow whips Bret to the ropes, ducks a clothesline and goes for a leaping shoulderblock. Bret goes for the sharpshooter, but Bigelow kicks him off in time. Bigelow goes for a bearhug, but Bigelow decides to land a backdrop suplex for the pin to two. Bigelow lifts Bret up to the top rope. Bret kicks Bigelow and sits on his shoulders for the victory roll pinfall. Winner: Bret "the Hitman" Hart via pinfall to retain the WWF World Heavyweight ChampionshipBret celebrates the night for the fans as KOTR goes off the air.

Bret: (exhausted) That's right I did it and once again proved that I am the best there is the best there was the best there ever will be. Gene: No wonder they call you the excellence of execution...now wait just a minute... King Lex Luger appears and is face to face with Bret.Luger: I heard you were saying that I disgraced the crown, well know this that I'm the new King of the Ring and I'm going to reach to the top. Bret: That's right you won with that steel-plated arm of yours... Luger: (laughs) right you could never admit that the best man won tonight. Bret: I don't got time for this I want to finish this interview... Luger leaves as Bret continues till Luger runs into Bret ramming him with his steel-plated forearm! Jerry "the King" Lawler starts his King's Court program with his first guest being the new King of the Ring, The Narcissist Lex Luger. Lawler talks trash about Bret Hart and says that all he has is dumb luck. Lawler: I know that I am King of Wrestling, but there is another King, and that's the King of the Ring so give a standing ovation to the next WWF Champion, the Narcissist Lex Luger! Luger: (comes out) I have every bit of respect for you King, as one King to another, thank you for having me on your show (Lawler nods). And you're right, I am going to be the next WWF Champion. Bret the Hitman Hart may have accepted my challenge, but he really has no idea what he's up against. You see Bret Hart may have beaten bullies, but he's never stepped in the ring with a man who has gosh what a body I got (kisses his biceps) Lawler: No doubt about that Bret Hart is an idiot thinking he can take you on! Luger: That's right it's summertime, and I can feel the heat. The temperature's rising and the Hitman knows that he's got a little time left before he has to face me in the ring and when I pin him for the 1-2-3 he'll just be another page in the history books because this is the 90s and I'll be the face of a new generation. Monday Night RAW August 9th, 1993 Hosts: Vince McMahon and Bobby "the Brain" Heenan
Mr. Fuji with Yokozuna walk to the ring opening RAW. Mr. Fuji says that they have issued out a challenge to Hulk Hogan and there has been no response. Because of this he has invited Mr. Jim Cornette to co-manage with him as Cornette wants to see Smokey Mountain Wrestling humiliate the WWF. Cornette makes his way out to much heat. He talks about how the WWF is a has-been federation and that Hulk Hogan is a shadow of his old self. Cornette: Well Mr. Hogan where are you? We've sent letters, telephone calls, spoke to your agent we've done everything. How about we up the stakes? (Fuji whispers something to him) Fair enough well Hogan if you don't respond well I got a written order right here from Mr. Fuji signed by President Jack Tunney ordering that Hulk Hogan respond! Real American suddenly plays and Hulk Hogan makes his way out to a pop.
Hulk: You know something brother, we've been down this road already. I'm not sure how you could reverse a decision or how you convinced Jack Tunney in anything, but I've come out here all the way from Hollywood to tell you that we've already battled it out, that we've done.... Cornette: So you admit it you're afraid! You're chicken! Look at your Hulk Hogan fans, look at the coward! Hulk: First of all... Cornette: No you listen for a change you dummy, Yokozuna has been waiting for a long time for this. What happened to your stupid demandments? What happened to all of your Hulkamaniacs and your ridiculous gardner snakes you call pythons ha, you're a has-been Hogan. You walk around Mr. Hollywood, thinking you're a big shot. Well you're not. Hulk: (grabs Cornette) Let me tell you something brother...(Yoko pushes Hogan as Cornette stops Yoko from attacking Hulk) Cornette: I'm going to sue to for all you got or you have another option you face Yokozuna at SummerSlam and to make it fair...to find out if you got what it takes it'll be in a 15-foot high steel cage. Do you accept? Hulk: (stares angrily at Yokozuna) Yes!! Mr. Hughes (w/Harvey) def. Tatanka via Countout. Hughes believes that the Urn gave him his win. The Bushwhackers with The Macho Midget def. Last week on WWF Superstars, Bret Hart cost Lex Luger a match via Countout, losing to Tatanka as retaliation for his loss on RAW a few weeks back. Jack Tunney with Vince McMahon in the middle of the ring are ready for the contract signing. Vince calls out Lex Luger accompanied by Bobby "the Brain" Heenan. Vince thereafter calls out the Hitman. Bret walks out to a pop with the WWF Championship belt. Vince tells both gentlemen to be seated as Bret places the belt in the middle of the ring. Bret and Luger are sitting across from each other as Jack Tunney gets the contract out for them. Tunney: Mr. Lex Luger may you please signed the contract to confirm yourself as the challenger for the title match at SummerSlam. Heenan: Hold on just a minute, let me take a look at that contract (looks over it and laughs) ha I don't agree with this clause I bet the Hitman's lawyers signed it. Lex has every right to use whatever physical and legal means to win. Tunney: The clause states that Luger cannot use his steel-plated forearm... Heenan: Well you can forget about it come on Luger we dont... Bret: What the heck is this huh? Are we signing or what? Heenan: I want this out, what are you afraid of Bret? Bret: (points at Tunney) Take it out, cross it off Tunney: Fair enough here you go Mr. Luger Luger: (signs and initials on different pages) What a nightmare this is going to be for you Hitman. Bret: We'll just see about that. Tunney: Mr. Bret Hart if you can please sign as the Champion (Bret signs and initials) Luger: Are we done here? Yokozuna goes for another Bonzai drop, but Officials pull away Duggan in time. Yokozuna promo: Cornette: Did you see that, did you see what Yokozuna did to Jim Duggan? Hulk Hogan doesn't stand a chance in that 15 foot-high steel cage. There is no escape for you, no ropes to cling on and cheat your way to victory. Yokozuna is ready to chew you up Hulkster and spit you out. Your end is near, Hulkamania is on life support. No one wants to watch you anymore and you'll be begging Yokozuna to stop when he squashes you. Yokozuna: Bonzai Bonzai Bonzai! (they all laugh) __________________________ Razor Ramon def. Blake Beverly via pinfall.___________________________ Bret Hart promo: You know something Lex Luger we're just a week away from what is going to be your biggest challenge. I've beaten bigger men than you and I'll do it again when I put you in the sharpshooter and make you submit. I'm not afraid of your forearm, ya you go around shoving that thing in every match. It should be banned from use, but what the heck, I don't care anymore. At SummerSlam you're facing the excellence of execution and it won't be just like any other match, it'll be a mutiliation for you. ___________________________ Tatanka fought Mr. Hughes (w/Harvey) to a Double Countout___________________________ Undertaker promo: Mr Hughes...for far too long have used my urn...for you have claimed it gave you power. SummerSlam August 30th, 1993 Palace of Auburn Hills, Michigan Hosts: Vince McMahon, Bobby "the Brain" Heenan and Jerry Lawler PART 1 of 2Doink the Clown def. Jim Duggan via pinfall.
The opening match was two minutes in as Duggan played a hurt man from the Bonzai drop he recieved from Yokozuna. The Headshrinkers def. The Smoking Gunns via pinfallMoney Inc. (w/Jimmy Hart) def. Razor Ramon & 1-2-3 Kid via pinfall after Dibiase got in the Million Dollar Dream on the Kid. Tatanka def. Giant Gonzalez (w/Harvey) via pinfall. A big win for Tatanka with only one loss in his career by far. The Steiner Brothers (c) def. The Heavenly Bodies (w/Jim Cornette) via pinfall to retain the WWF World Tag Team ChampionshipsRandy "Macho Man" Savage (w/Sherri) def. Bam Bam Bigelow (w/Luna) in a Street Fight Match.
The match was a brawl throughout the venue and at the outside. Sherri and Luna exchanged fists and hair-pulling till they were both banned from managing. Late in the match, Randy Savage slammed Bam Bam on top of a car. Crazy enough Randy jumps from a parked truck for his elbow finisher for the 10 count on Bam Bam and win. Mr. Hughes (w/Harvey) def. The Undertaker (w/Paul) via pinfall. The "RIP" rules was simply a Non-DQ match. A huge upset. Hughes would continue to use the urn in the match smashing it over Taker. Late in the match Mr. Hughes empties the contents of the Urn "weakining" the Undertaker. Although Paul Bearer was able to take back the urn and try to salvage whats left of the "remains", Mr. Hughes lands a sitout powerbomb finisher for the surprising win. Shawn Michaels (c) (w/Diesel) def. Marty Jannetty (w/Mr. Perfect) via pinfall.
In a surprising turn of events, Mr. Perfect betrays Marty Jannetty late in the match as he uses a steel chair; slamming it over his head. Shawn has no idea why Perfect did what he did, but is glad that he's done with the loser former Rockers. _____________________________________ Vince and Heenan talk about SummerSlam thus far and Heenan says he will be leaving the mic for Jerry Lawler to take his place to get Lex Luger ready for his title match. Heenan says this is a great day because many of Vince's favorites (babyfaces) are losing and that Bret Hart will definitely lose tonight. Vince says not to count out Bret so quickly. As this is all happening, the Steel Cage is being set up. TO BE CONTINUED....

SummerSlam '93PART 2 of 2Hulk Hogan promo with Mean Gene: Gene: Well it's the biggest rematch in your career as we are moments away with your steel cage match with the 550lbs Yokozuna. Hulk: You know something Mean Gene, I'm surprised Jim Cornette wanted a Steel Cage match. They forget that Hulkamania has triumphed undefeated in the fifteen foot high entrapment. Sure Yokozuna is a big man, but I'll be surprised if he can climb that cage so I'll be sure to protect that cage door brother. Gene: And what will you do if you're unable to triumph tonight especially when Yokozuna has Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette on his side? Hulk: Even if Yokozuna has got the upperhand, I've got the millions of Hulkamaniacs watching at home and here in Michegan, ready and willing to climb that cage and let the world know that Hulkamania will live forever (flexes and leaves) _______________________________ Hulk Hogan vs. Yokozuna (w/Mr. Fuji & Cornette) in a STEEL CAGE matchYokozuna is waiting for the Hulkster who finally walks down the aisle. Hulk gets in the cage exchanging words with Cornette and Mr. Fuji. The bell rings and Yokozuna quickly rams into Hulk. He whips Hogan to a corner for the avalanche and Lawler says this one is over. The cage door quickly opens and Yokozuna tries to leave the cage. Hogan quickly jumps for him and the door is shut. Yokozuna goes for a bearhug, but Hogan breaks it. He hits the ropes for an axe bomber for Yoko to fall quickly to the mat. Hogan goes to the second rope for a clothesline. Hogan tries to climb the cage, but fails as Yoko drops him. Yoko gets the advantage over Hogan landing a big splash in the process. Yoko calls for the cage door, but Hogan grasps unto Yoko's leg. Hogan is up and lands punches. He smashes Yoko on the steel cage on all four sides and rakes his head on one side. Yoko is hurt as Hogan hits the ropes for a clothesline that brings him down. Yoko is now bleeding. Hogan starts the climb and quickly gets over, but Cornette climbs for Hogan smashing him with his racket. Hogan is hurt and gets back in as Yoko drops Hogan. Monday Night RAW September 27th, 1993 Hosts: Vince McMahon and Bobby HeenanVince: Randy Savage won't be joining us tonight but will be here next week as he is with several WWF Superstars such as Bret "the Hitman" Hart, petitioning to Jack Tunney to make it illegal for the WWF Champion Lex Luger to use his steel-plated forearm in a match. We'll have to wait and see if the petition will work Brain. Heenan: It's ridiculous Lex Luger had surgery, he had no choice. What do you want him to do, chop of his arm? Give me a break. King's Court: Jerry Lawler is out talking trash about Bret Hart being a sore loser and his commentator partner Randy Savage for being beaten like a dog by the other King. However he wanted to talk to someone else. Lawler: I want to bring out this man, a man I've known when he was just starting it out ha this man is a former four time WWF Champion and I've got some questions for him because things have gotten interesting here in the WWF. So let's bring him out ladies and peons it's Hulk Hogan! Hogan: (comes out and on the stage) What do you want Lawler? Lawler: I'm glad you accepted my invitation because I got this advance copy of your movie Thunder in Paradise here on tape (VHS) and I was wondering if I could get an autograph. Hogan: Alright sure (signs the tape) Is that all? Lawler: Look Hulkster you know I got a small role earlier this year in Life with Mikey, but you know you're the Hulkster, you're a bigger star. I got a few questions to ask because I just got to know. As you can see there is a new face in the WWF. He's in the greatest shape than any other WWF Superstar that I've ever seen. He's got the look, the Brain, the athleticism and perhaps well how can I say this right...he's superior to you in every way. Hogan: What did you say? Lawler: Really I mean you can't get offended now, I mean you're Hulk Hogan sure, but Lex Luger is the future. Lex Luger is the face of the WWF now. You're well...Mr. Hollywood and I think your time has passed. Hogan: Well let me tell you something Jerry "the King" Lawler, I could beat Lex Luger on my best day and most of all I can beat you in the ring on my worst day. Lawler: (laughs) O come on Hulk, you're slower than you used to be I mean you can lose all that weight you want (suddenly Hogan punches Lawler and walks off). What the....(is dazed and holds unto his cheek) Well this is what I think of your stupid movie (throws the tape on the floor and smashes it with his foot)...can someone get me some ice damn it. ________________________ 1-2-3 Kid and Owen Hart def. jobbers via pinfall

Lawler: I wanted to say something, Hulk Hogan you big baboon, I'm going to prove tonight that I can beat you so easily that you'll never step in the ring ever again. As for your movie Mr. Nanny out on theatres I can't believe I wasted my money on it, I watched it, it's the worst thing I've ever seen. I want my money back. (Real American plays) Ah come on let me talk...
Hogan gets in the ring and King takes his time to take off his robe and crown. He starts to warm up in the ring as Hogan stands shaking his head and waiting. Hogan's had enough and starts landing punches back and forth. The match is more comedic than serious. Finally Lawler grabs a foreign object from his tights and knocks down Hogan with it. Lawler gets on the mic. Lawler: How did that feel hey Hogan. This is why they call me King. All of you watch me as I pin this idiot. Lawler goes for the pin and Hogan kicks out. Lawler starts on the offensive and goes for a piledriver, but Hogan backdrops him. Hogan hits the ropes for an axe bomber as Lawler flies to the outside. Lawler says he's had enough of this and starts to walk to the back. Hogan goes after him, grabs his head and rams him to the railings. Hogan rolls him into the ring. Hogan gets in, but Lawler once again goes for the foreign object and swings at Hogan. Lawler misses and Hogan gives him an atomic drop as the object falls as the referee calls for the bell. Winner: Hulk Hogan via DQ. Hogan goes after Lawler and slams him into the turnbuckle. Hogan grabs the foreign object and lands a huge right hand. Heenan gets angry and decides to confront Hogan. Heenan: Hey Hogan enough is enough. You think you're so tough? You think you can do whatever you want because you're name is Hulk Hogan. Well guess what I now manage the World's Heavyweight Champion and I've been waiting a long time for this (Luger rushes out from behind Hogan)...because the truth is you wouldn't stand a chance against the Narcissist... Luger runs in and as Hogan turns around, Hogan is met with the flying forearm smash by Luger. Hogan is outcold. Heenan: That's right how about it Hulk Hogan, how about it? The Narcissist vs. Hulk Hogan for the WWF Championship? Come on Hogan what are you afraid of? (Hulk shouts in pain as he struggles to get back up) What are you afraid of? The truth that Hulkamania is coming to an end. That this is the new face of the WWF, my Lex Luger. In fact I would bet my career on it, if you can beat Lex Luger, which I know you can't, if you can beat him I will quit the WWF! How about it. Hogan jumps after Heenan, but Luger starts beating down the Hulkster. Luger gets Hogan into the Torture Rack! Hogan is tapping out! WWF Officials run to the ring to help. Heenan: There you go, Hulk Hogan submitting to the torture rack! Hogan is nothing Hogan doesn't stand a chance (laughs).
